While I love our HEB is so close... I'm HATING their plastic bags... they are of very poor quality... and then they want to stuff them! already had several bad experiences with the bags tearing.. c'mon HEB, your quality of service should be better than that

Clean and organized fresh produce and friendly service
I honestly love all hebs but the people working at the meat market or fish idk helped me out. They were so nice i had a long day and i was whatever feeling my blood sugar go down i hadn't eaten at all and i told the guy i think I'm to faint. He tells me oh no ill get you some water well then the girl tries helping me gets me a pineapple and says to chill by there she's going to help me out. She goes to the bakery area and the lady there gave her a cookie to help me out. She stood there till i composed myself and made sure i was okay. That was so amazing no one has to do that they didn't even make the situation chaotic they were all so calm and helpful. This is the reason heb is awesome because they hire nice caring people.

I don't just love HEB because I once worked there when I was 16 yrs old but because my sister and sis n law work for HEB. I honestly feel that customer service could improve. I understand each store is unique as well as each department. I understand that each vendor comes and sets up there product so it sells. My biggest pet peeves is when I am at the register checking out n the cashier is talking to the bagger about the game , what they did last night , or what there significant other did .... I don't care how about some customers service . How about you make me feel like I am important enough for you to pay attention to me for about 10 minutes while you check me out. Because in all honesty I the customer is why you have a job.

I was going to buy some items for a trip that I am going on. The usual snacks and item for sandwiches. Only item I needed was the HEB 20CT bags of the Crunch mix that they sell. None were on display and I asked the manager or supervisor Josh or Joe (do not recall his name) if he can get someone to bring them down. He askee me to wait there and that he would call someone to bring them down. I head him announce it over the intercom but 15 MINUTES LATER.... NOTHING. I w
