This is my first time ever trying any type of meal preps and I am very happy I went with health prep meals. I called and spoke to a gentleman that gave me all the information I needed and suggested perfectly what I was looking for and they brought me everything the same day! I loved the food, my husband and I have only been trying them for two days and we were really surprised by how delicious they are, you don't even realize that you are eating healthy because they look like the food you would eat in restaurants, but nothing to do with it because I think they are even much richer than what they serve in restaurants. I asked for the 21-day portion control (lunch and dinner) and for breakfast I am drinking the juices that are prepared there as well...read full review
