Recently booked a birthday party here and the people in charge didn’t specify about the drinks while making the contract and charged us extra for the drinks. My baby’s vip card for the games was empty mind you hes turned one so he didnt use it. Week later went to ask about the card and the manager was really rude when we asked her about jt and just gave us whatever credits back. My daughter and her school went on a field trip to main event pharr and while at the location she and her friend were approached by a man and asked my 12 year old middle school daughter if a little girl that was running around by herself was her daughter and was kinda creepy about it.
