Service was fast. But the burritos, hashbrowns and coffee was cold. I took back just the coffee and ask if i could get a new one or at least heat it up. She gave me a new. I asked if she could bring a rag to clean the table cause it was dirty. The place was empty so the tables should have been clean. And she never cleaned the table.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience deserves attention. During my visit, the manager Rodrigo on duty provided poor service. My food was served cold, and when I politely brought it to his attention, I was met with attitude instead of an apology or a solution.
I understand that mistakes happen, but professionalism and respect are basic expectations in customer service—especially from management. The experience left a disappointing impression of what should be a welcoming environment. I hope the business addresses this issue and provides additional training in customer care

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to bad customer service and food so not go there ! The one in Hidalgo on Jackson always gives me my food fresh look at these old nuggets and fries they gave me !!

This place sucked..it is as dirty no tables cleaned..the flood dirty..the kiosk did not work..and my breakfast bagel was burnt.. the worse by far need new management..in addition the person who took my payment suggested I give him a 20 dollar tip.. kidding or not hell no!

No kids playground just digital play screens, ice cream machine was out. Food was good and warm, no complaints other than that.

This is one of the busiest mcdonalds around the area and the crew managed to get my order to me on time. Very friendly and attentive crew. Despite the fast pace environment, manager Agustin was friendly and took the time to see if i found my order okay. Overall good environment. One of ky fav locations.

Worst McDonalds Ive been to. Went yesterday after work for some happy meals for my kids and the fries were stale but that wasn't the worst the chicken nuggets were drowned in oil , like the breading had absorbed all the oil and was left there , my kids couldn't eat that. No sauce. Food was cold.On my chicken sandwich the bacon was also undercook. They also took a long time in the drive thru for food that had been siting out .

Always always nothing but issues at this location. Literally it's hopeless to think that it'll ever improve, no matter if you speak to every manager the result is the same, ie zero change for the better. The staff stands around talking or on their phones while serving sub par food they take no pride in serving. They lack in general customer service stills and get away with it. NO ONE, management included even attempt to better a situation that is their fault. Rude behavior and general entitlement attitudes are more likely to be recieved rather than a simple happy meal. Drive thru, they are always speedy to close the window and add an eye roll if you dare to ask for anything. This location tops the worst of the worst across the board.

By farrrrrrr the absolute worst McDonald's in the nation, that I've EVER been to. These kids are trained horribly. The worst attitudes, can NEVER get an order correct, they question you when you bring it to their attention. The general manager does nothing. Avoid Karina at all costs, that employee must be related to the franchise owner because I don't see how she still has that job there. Given them time after time hoping they get it together, but nothing changes. Look at this sloppy mess they gave me. I asked them to remake it, and they literally handed me the same big Mac. Left laughing in disbelief. Who raised these kids? Management needs to clean house and start with a group of kids that actually want to do the easiest job in America, correctly.

Sometimes they do get behind during school days so there will be a wait time.

Ive been coming for an iced coffee almost every day this week before work. Today i was surprised by the employee Rosio. When i was waiting by the counter to get help with my online order, she was already walking out with my coffee. This location is usually very packed, so I understand working there can get tense and stressful. Which is why i admire her patience and good vibes. I usually had to wait for my coffee behind so many food orders. Rosio has been making my coffee these past couple of days. She already knows how i like my coffee. She is proactive and shows initiative. Very attentive and efficient. SHE MADE MY DAY!!!!! Funny how little things like this go a long way. I really appreciate Rosio looking out for me. Very friendly, very kind. I will definitely look forward to seeing Rosio on my next visit. Shes great! I loved this act of kindness. Thank You.
