The food is delicious. McDonald's classic. The hostile environment. We spent 20 minutes waiting to place 1 order at the checkout. My son and my wife usually go there frequently. The employees ignore you. They see you and turn the other way. Absolutely ignored. They should take a 911 More than urgent customer service course. Moments and disappointing years. I would never dream of being ignored and discriminated against in such an absurd way again.

Well at least they put the sauce in the bag….didn’t think I’d have to check the box for the 6pc happy meal to actually have a 6 PC. All while waiting 30 min in curbside for two happy meals. 🙃🙃

worst McDonalds everrrr! if never left a bad review before but they really deserve it. i always order the hot & spicy bundle. i ordered it through drive thru and they didn’t repeat my order & it wasn’t showing on the screen. when i pulled up to the window to pay i asked what did he charge me for & he said the bundle i asked for. i asked if it was the hot and spicy & he said no. i told him i had ordered the hot & spicy bundle so he changed it after asking for help on how to. he charged me & didnt repeat my order again which i really didn’t need him to since i had JUST told him what i wanted to order. well i ended up paying $23. i looked at the receipt and he STILL managed to charge me for the wrong bundle. i told the lady in the other window and she fixed it for me. she told me to go park in curbside so i did. when i parked in curbside another car pulled in after me. well a minute later they proceed to give me his order. so after they messed up they still manage to mess up again and give me to wrong order. when they handed me the order the person did not say anything all he did was pull his arm out and give me the order then walked away. i ended up asking the car next to me if that is what he had ordered & he said yes. i ended up giving him the order. when my order finally came out i told them the previous person gave me the wrong order and she just laughed and went back inside laughing. now i just checked my order again and it is still MESSSEDDDD UP! HOW ?!?!!?? i did not receive my bbq and i cannot eat dry nuggets what the hell man. worst mcdonald ever in the planet earth. maybe if they weren’t wearing their airpods they would be able to hear their customers & if they were to repeat the order they wouldn’t have to refund and charge again for messing up.

Excuse my race, don't go to McDonald's on the Ridge because they serve you very poorly...I have always said that you should leave your problems at home...the customers who are going to consume are not to blame.!!!

Went during what I presume was rush hour and felt terrible for the staff. Young kids were trying their best to combat the orders but the line just never died down. Aside from being bombarded by people, the staff kept their composure and continued to be respectful. Customers on the other hand saw the long lines inside and outside and wanted to order anyway.

Pésimo servicio , eran las 10:00 pm y cierran a las 11 , estaba vacío el lugar y se la pasaron barriendo media hora a lado de nosotros “apurándonos “ desde que llegamos nadie nos atendió. Como veían que nosotros seguíamos comiendo 10:25 pm empezaban a recoger pero tirando las cosas . De muy mala educación y lástima porque la comida no estaba mal .

👎🏼👎🏼 This has to be the absolute WORST designed McDonald’s ever. They have the curbside pickup blocked in by 2 lanes of drive through. Plenty of parking spots. Plenty of other options. WHO thought this was a good idea? 🤡

McDonald's stopped serving edibles with the invention of the microwave. I wouldn't eat out of McDonald's if I were starving.
They gave me a burger with old dried out beef patties. I asked if they would remake it. They were super nice. But they made another burger with old dried beef patties.

Horrible service I stop there evey morning for my breakfast for work. I have never met the most rude people. They literally throw ur food out the window. It's like they are annoyed that I'm picking my breakfast up at 6am. They get my order Wong on multiple occasions.

This is McDonalds have the worst costumer services they never have a cashier in front they are in the kitchen and the don’t even check the looby is always the same! And the manager is always there just in the kitchen
