Absolutely no charisma, personality, or drive with the two ladies at the register. But that's for a different day. Ordered a family bundle with double side of large fries, which were by far the worse French fries I've ever had in my life. I was wondering why they took forever to get my order, as the bucket of chicken had been ready and sitting by itself for 15 minutes...I don't like to be combative or rush the employees at ANY restaurant establishment for obvious reasons. (HAVE YALL EVER SEEN THE MOVIE, "WAITING") LOL. Anyway, the fries tasted like they had been tossed in the fryer while frozen. Absolutely disgusting. Do better Popeyes, like I know you can. Na man i been to other Popeyes and this isn't it The chicken tasted like the chicken u get from stripes at 3pm the drink my dude put 90% ice 10% coke. I pass thru this part of cage often and I'm convinced this is a money laundry place because I never see it busy I guess I know why now

Most of the time people reach out to complain but not this time…The service was on point by the two young Gents whom helped me out. They were very friendly and courteous. The chicken was tasty and hot even after driving to McAllen! Thank You for a Great Meal! I will drive back again and Again….

Joe is a great manager! This place is clean with awesome customer service and food :) The baby high chairs were clean (which is not common lol) but the only thing they were missing is a baby changing station in the restroom
