Siempre Natural 'Jackson'

The worst they gave our order to someone else it was the short stubby lady in the back and tried to charges 30 dollars their not paying attention to customers it’s gross never again over raided

The customer service was great!! Both the quality and quantity of the food were perfect. I absolutely love their grape & pecan chicken salad in a croissant and their zucchini soup is a must have with the wheat crackers....YUM!!!

My family and I went to Siempre Natural on Jackson. It was our first time going. The restaurant was very clean and the table was clean. The cashier was was very nice and helpful great customer service. Mickaela was nice and sweet lady. I would love to go back to that Siempre Natural on Jackson. 👍😁

I made an online order and for the 3rd time when I sent my son to pick it up after receiving the “your order is ready “ text, he was told they didn’t have it. Then the lady told him to “call your mom” I let him know I was sending him screenshots of receipt and lady very rudely was asking him what he was doing since she told him to call me not text me. My son noticed an order ready in the back and he asked if she could check if that was our order and she said “ it’s not” without checking and proceeded to ignore my son even after my son showed him the screenshot of my receipt. My son had to wait to ask another worker to check if that was our order and it was. My son is 16, he may look like an adult but he is not. No one would want for their child to be spoken to the way Michaela spoke to my son. When I called to complain and she answered I knew exactly who she was. She always had an attitude and when you correct her she gets offended. Nothing worse than an angry incompetent person. This happened at the Jackson location in Pharr.

As soon as I walked in Micaela greeted me with a smile and kind words. She went above and beyond explaining the promotion and different menu options I had to get the best deal. Service was quick and she made sure my order was correct. I truly had not had that customer service in a very long one anywhere. I left wanting to come back very soon! Micaela you are a wonderful employee! Thank you so much for your great service.

It was very expensive for just salads.. there's other places with salad bars that will serve you a lot more for the same price.

Same issue the last couple times I’ve been there and it only happens with pickup service! the 2 same elder short and skinny ladies there are never paying attention to the pick up customers and pretend they see no one. I have waited for long enough the last 2 times I being there before telling them if I’m invisible or why they never offer assistance!! BAD SERVICE!! good food. Lack of training or just bad attitude never going this place back again!!!! Prefer to drive somewhere else.

Their chicken wrap is delicious and the side salad was great. Also love the drink options

I’ve been coming to Siempre Natural for the past two years, about once a week, and during that time the service has consistently been excellent. Micaela, in particular, has always been incredibly pleasant and helpful with our orders. Her personal attention and warm demeanor have truly made each visit enjoyable. That kind of customer service is rare and has always set Siempre Natural apart.

However, I’m writing this review with mixed feelings. In the past, our order was called out by name, which added a warm, personal touch. Recently, we've noticed that orders are now called by a number. That personal, attentive touch that Siempre Natural was known for seems to be fading, and I hope that’s not the direction it’s headed.

The food is still great—no complaints there—and I appreciate the opportunity to share this feedback. I’m only pointing this out because I’ve genuinely enjoyed my experience over the years and would love to see that special attention to the customer return.

Been about 5-6 years since I ate here (moved out of town). The soup was just like I remember, excellent.The sandwich seemed like a smaller version but still very tasty. The lemonade is artificial now and I poured it out and got Pepsi. Employees were happy and friendly. Store was clean.

This was my first time dining in and the place is really clean, the restrooms are clean as well. They have your order ready in under a minute. Apart from having fast service, they have great customer service! I think the best part about this place is the awesome customer service, and that’s saying a lot because the food is good. As we were leaving, Michaela, the kind lady that took our order offered us some free fro-yo samples! Michaela gave us a 10 out of 10 dinning experience, the best i’ve had in a long time actually. People like her make your business better. Great place to grab a quick bite!
