It’s Starbucks coffee which is my favorite! During the Covid pandemic ? it was one of my first stop before work and staff has always been amazing even when it is the people that go to this location through drive thru…I have had several bad encounters with PEOPLE by cutting me in line and more by the people that order.

I visited the Starbucks location on Ridge and Cage and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The barista got my order wrong, and when I brought it to their attention, they seemed put off and unapologetic. The coffee was also lukewarm and lacked the usual flavor I've come to expect from Starbucks. I'm giving up on Starbucks. Loyal customers since 2013 BYEEE FELICIA!!!! It is not my favorite place for coffee, I love strong coffee, but I can say that my latte this time was pretty good. I think it has a lot to do with the people that works at the Starbucks location. If they don’t use the proper instructions on how to prepare the coffee it’s not gonna taste the same. I have been trying Starbucks for years now, and I will never find a place that my latte tastes the same as the other. But great job Pharr Starbucks, it was the perfect latte ?? I will go back to you .

I've ordered 3 days in a row for a Dash pick, and all 3 times, they are not making per request. I've ordered Iced Caramel Macchiato, and it's gets here with no ice. Very poor management and worker service. Go to a different location or different coffee company for better service.

Hadn't had Starbucks in some time due to bad experiences in other areas. Thought to give a try again and it was really good and they listened to my order and got it correct. Only issue was some man named Felix the rudest with his employees and that itself don't look good on an establishment. Maybe HR or higher management needs to make some changes

Be aware that during the week, between 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM, it's very busy because of the morning work commute. You'll have long wait times.

When getting my order thru the drive through the person asked are you ready to order now and we asked for a moment, then like 10 sec later they asked again are you ready now but meaner tone. I said not yet, I went to order a min later but they weren't answering, when they did answer they said your finally ready to order now in a rude and disrespectful tone. Absolute worst customer service experience ever. They even got my order wrong but at that point I just wanted to leave.
