Sept 29, 2025 around 7PM. I guess this was the only StarBucks that didn’t participate in National Coffee Day. Probably not this year 2025. I was looked upon like I didn’t belong there, not sure, probably my lightly worked clothes and a “Veterans” shirt I had on. I was so excited to get a cup of coffee after a long day of work. I was going to purchase a coffee anyways but their energy was not the best. Probably morning shift is better energy.

Noticed this location sucks towards the evening and the workers are always so rude.. morning/afternoon workers are always so sweet which are always females. last night, we let the barista know it was only one drink, not two.. we said TWO SCOOPS OF VANILLA BEAN POWDER..mind u he had not made the drinks yet.. Replied very rude with an attitude & my drink wasn’t great.. and it’s a constant drink I get 3-4 times a week..

I gave the barista a TikTok order and she made it to perfection! I believe her name was Anette. She was perfect and is the QUEEN at making matchas
Last Thursday, my family and I stopped by Starbies for some coffee, after we placed our order my daughter and I went to look at the cups trying to find something that might catch my eye. My daughter accidentally dropped one of the glass cups and broke. The manager (Felix) immediately approached us and in a very kind manner told us “Don’t worry about it, it was an accident”. My husband and I told him that we will pay for it, and once again he said “Don’t worry about it, it was an accident” as he was cleaning the mess for us. Honestly, I’m not just impressed by the way he handled the situation but his positive attitude towards me and my family, he definitely made our day, not because we didn’t pay the $20 cup, but for the outstanding customer service he provided. KUDOS FOR FELIX!!

It’s Starbucks coffee which is my favorite! During the Covid pandemic ? it was one of my first stop before work and staff has always been amazing even when it is the people that go to this location through drive thru…I have had several bad encounters with PEOPLE by cutting me in line and more by the people that order.

I visited the Starbucks location on Ridge and Cage and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The barista got my order wrong, and when I brought it to their attention, they seemed put off and unapologetic. The coffee was also lukewarm and lacked the usual flavor I've come to expect from Starbucks. I'm giving up on Starbucks. Loyal customers since 2013 BYEEE FELICIA!!!!
