My family and I came to Castaways Bar & Grill on Friday night during Labor Day weekend, and even though it was very busy and crowded, we had a great experience! The atmosphere was fun and lively, the music was fantastic, the food was delicious, and our waitress, Stephanie, was wonderful!

Castaways Bar & Grill is a great place on the lake. The atmosphere is fun and lively, with fantastic music. The food is delicious, and the service is wonderful. The staff are friendly and professional, making out of towners feel special. Guests can enjoy a perfectly prepared 12oz ribeye, the Prime 8 oz filet mignon, or the Mother’s Day special menu. The filet mignon is cooked perfectly with a delicious crispy crust, sautéed mushrooms and onions, and pairs well with the vanilla Porter craft beer. The restaurant hosts live music every weekend and dance lessons during the week. Outside, there are boat slips, fuel, rental cabins, pontoon and other rentals. Across the street is a paved rv park that is super clean. It is only a few minutes outside of the Pittsburg and Mount Pleasant. Even when busy and crowded, guests never feel rushed. Some menu items may be limited due to events, but staff check on guests throughout the night. Overall, it is a great night out with family, and totally worth the visit.
