Based on five reviews, Wingstop serves great bone-in wings, especially the Bone In 15-piece Hot wings. The bone in wings have always been good, and one guest has tried every flavor. The chicken tenders can be very overcooked and too crunchy to eat, so it is best to stick to the wings. The fries are a hit or miss; sometimes they are nice and crispy, other times floppy and soft. The food can be delicious and the order perfect, but another experience had cold wings and cold fries that needed reheating. Service is also a mixed experience. Staff can be friendly and check the order, taking it out of the bag to make sure it is right. However, the front desk cashier could not explain the menu, and the kitchen was like a full on frat party around noon. The drink machine can be out of order. This location needs some serious management.
