i really like the food
we ordered two different bases and got the non spicy and regular mixed, but the non spicy (tomato) honestly really overpowered the other flavors and it just tasted like the whole broth was the non spicy, i didnt taste any of the sauerkraut in it and that was disappointing

i am a huge fan of the milk mochi though thats really really good i recommend getting it

We got the 4 person pot combo (half fish and half beef) and it was massive! You get to choose 4 toppings to add to the fish soup and 4 sides. It was a lot of food but every dish was good!

Amazing food! The sauerkraut fish is so tender and delicious. Extremely flavorful and the food is very consistent that we went 3 times. The appetizers are delicious as well. Free rice refills to pair with the fish. Overall a smaller restaurant with only 7-8 seats of 4. Service is fairly good as well.

B2J in Plano was absolutely amazing! We ordered the combo for two, which came with their signature spicy sour soup—and wow, the flavor was incredible. We added enoki mushrooms and bok choy, which made it even better and perfectly balanced.

The sides were just as impressive. The lotus root was fresh and delicious, and the pickled chicken gizzards had the perfect tangy kick. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, bold, and full of flavor. You can really tell care goes into every dish.

Such a fun and satisfying dining experience—we’ll definitely be back!

Always love eating here with my girlfriends! We share the 2 person combo with fish and meat and it always fills us up. I love the pickled veg and the amount of sourness and spice in the soup. The owner was very kind and attentive as well! The vibe is cozy, like sharing a nice warm dinner at home with your family.
