Horrible treatment as if she was racist. She treated us horrible and even topped our ice cream with the toppings of her choice after ‘running out of strawberry’ topping. She said and I quote “ Don’t have any more strawberry syrup so I put pineapple” I wouldn’t recommend while she’s the one at the desk.

Very disappointed in my experience with the Plano store. I ordered online an ice cream cake for Thanksgiving. When I came to pick it up at the specific time, they had not fulfilled the order. I waited for 30 minutes as the one employee made calls and floundered around without providing a solution. I requested a refund which she could not articulate how or if this could be done. Not acceptable and unprofessional and inept.

Pleasant relaxing atmosphere in a busy area. They prepared one of my favorite treats: Milk shake with chocolate syrup and chocolate chip ice cream. Delightful!

Just went in and ordered a cake for my daughter's 4th bday party at school. A woman picking up her cake found she her cake was the wrong color. I sure hope my Frozen cake turns out like the website shows. Fingers crossed...right now I can say the order process was quick so I'll rate this experience a 3 and update it once I pick up my order.

Overpriced with subpar customer service…Runny milkshakes, definitely not worth the high prices here…I watched her add mostly milk and some ice cream…plenty of other places with high quality ice cream and perfect milkshakes!Won’t be back for sure.

I know it's hot, but you need to make your freezers cold enough to actually freeze your ice cream!!!! My daughter wanted to stop so we got 2, double scoops in cups and it cost $14 with tip - that is ridiculous!!!! And given the fact our ice cream was already mushy when they handed to us made it worse. Staff was super friendly and fast, but I won't return until you fix your freezers and bring your prices back into orbit!!!!

We got there at 9:53 Sunday night and they refused to serve as saying we are closing while they close at 10. I showed the girl name Memory that it was 9:55 but didn't serve us. I wonder at which minute can the customer be served if they close at 10???
