Dough Pizzeria Napoletana Reviews
Kind of chewy crust is the best, although it’s thin and turns brown on edges!
Give it a try Tiramisu which is not too sweet having after meal as a dessert. Amazing.
The pizza here is absolutely wonderful. The ambience is so-so. This place had a much nicer inside experience when it was in N Dallas on Forest. The wine list is unfortunately limited. Mostly Italian wines but missing some great ones. Perhaps Barola or some other notable vintage areas from Italy. At least a decent Napa Cab. for a fallback. The location is sort of hidden. I think this place would be a major success if it were overhauled.
Honestly, it's the best pizza I've had since moving to Texas. The Italian crust was perfect, the wine selection was excellent, and the service was superb!
Dough Pizzeria Napoletana offers an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere combines industrial and warm accents, featuring refurbished wood. The food, including the featured dish and old-fashioned drink, is exceptional. The pizza is absolutely wonderful, quick to arrive and delicious, with standout flavors like oregano and fresh mozzarella. Although the inside is small, it feels cozy once seated. Regulars are known by name and order, making it a gem of a find for delicious pizza in the metroplex. However, the location is somewhat hidden, and the wine list is limited, mainly featuring Italian wines. Despite some minor service delays, many customers still consider it the best pizza they've had since moving to Texas.
