We made a reservation four days in advance for a special 70th birthday celebration, confirmed all the details, and even called an hour before to reconfirm our 6pm reservation. Despite all that, we weren’t seated until 6:35pm. Our server didn’t arrive until 7pm, and food wasn’t served until nearly 7:50pm.

Had an allergic reaction to the gluten free appetizer and was in the bathroom violently. I know that cross contamination happens and just wanted to make sure the cook staff took proper allergy precautions. Manager tried to mansplain to me about how my allergy works, and when I corrected him and informed him an actual allergy is set off within minutes he told me I had to pay for everything including the main entree that I never ate nor was going to eat.
