The flavors are very good, however whenever we order takeout the chicken is not crispy at all. I wish they can package the sauce separately to prevent the crispy chicken getting soggy. If we are consuming 10000+ sodium and 2000+ calories at least the chicken should be nice and crispy right?

I don't recommend dining in, but I do recommend carry out. Just an fyi, they have a seating policy of no sitting down if you are doing takeout. Saw them shoo out takeout customers who tried to sit down after paying. I get it, I'd hate to clean up the mess of someone not tipping.

The vibe is very sterile and business like. Not friendly at all, aunties are very strict and I feel like I'm eating with judgment on me 🥲🦅

This is our go-to chicken place for lunch. The food is always hot and fresh. The restaurant is always clean and the waitresses are always pleasant. My favorite was always the honey garlic but I just tried the cheeseling today and it was great!
