I did make reservations however you still have to check in and there was a 30-45 minute wait. Overall, my family and I enjoyed the food and drinks. Will be coming back during the week when it’s less busy on a Saturday night.
We had such a great experience at Benihana! From start to finish, everything was on point. Our chef, Genaro, was absolutely awesome. He was engaging, talented, and made the whole night so much fun. He really went above and beyond and created an experience, not just a meal.
A huge shoutout to the manager, Jorge, as well. He checked in, made sure everything was taken care of, and truly helped make my son’s birthday feel special. You could tell he genuinely cared...

It's good food and plenty of it. My only real.issue was that our waiter seemed to be on his own and it took forever to get drinks once seated. He also did my birthday song by himself which was kinda awkward.
Only other issue that disappoints me in is the hibachi shrimp. It tastes like the cheap bubble-shrimp-mostly light white color (idk what to call it) ..not the rich, lobster-like meatier shrimp that is cooked fresh and de-tailed/veined on site like at other similar...
