Update: SO SO sorry to see them out of business, it was the best taiwanese styled noodle shop in DFW by far, everything was delicious. RIP, I hope to find the chef in another place, or do anyone know where they went.
Original: It’s not a fancy restaurant, just a noodle house, serves solid, consistent taiwanese style appetizers, rice combinations, noodles. Including their famous beef hell noodle soup with unbearable level of spiciness.
The noodles are freshly made, like the Italian pasta should be, al dente. They don’t add any twist or gimmick to the dishes. One can always find something on the menu that you’ll like.

I’m so sad :( My wife and I loved this place, their beef noodle soup was addicting! Best in the area! If there’s a god, PLEASE BRING THEM BACK! 🙏
My friend insisted we stop here before heading back to Houston—it's one of her favorite spots for beef noodle soup, and I can see why. We tried their signature beef noodle soup, honeycomb tripe noodle soup, and some seasoned nuggets. The beef was tender, the noodles had a great chew, and the broth was rich without being overly salty. While the tripe had good flavor, the aroma wasn’t quite for me. The nuggets were well-seasoned and satisfying.
We arrived early and were the first customers of the day. The staff was kind, and our meal was served in no time. I've heard it gets popular later in the day, so I’m glad we came when we did. I’d love to return when I get the chance!

Beef Noodles Soup with Glass Noodle - $13.95 The beef soup was flavorful, and the beef itself was extremely tender and well-cooked without becoming stringy or chewy. The meat was well-seasoned and not bland at all.
Full House (Beef & Tendon & Honeycomb Tripe) Soup - $17.95 This soup seemed to have a stronger and more flavorful broth than the beef noodle soup. The beef, tendon, and tripe were all excellently cooked. The thin noodles in this dish were slightly chewy and not overly thin, making them a fine accompaniment to the rich beef soup.
Stew Pork Rice - $13.95 The pork was excellently cooked but surprised us with how fatty it was. It was delicious, but be aware that this is not a lean cut of pork (it’s pork belly). The egg that came with the dish was overcooked.

Super Authentic, best Beef Noodle Soup in Dallas! Come try, you won't be disappointed!
I ordered beef noodles and chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets were very bland, but I thought it wouldn't taste good even if it had enough salt. The beef noodle soup base has too strong MSG flavor. The whole bowl of noodles is just noodles and a few pieces of beef, which doesn’t look good. The food doesn't taste good. The bill came just ten minutes after the food was served, which was a bad experience.

Overall, the food is decent. Fried chicken leg rice gives a good portion of food, but the chicken is dry and has more batter than I’d like - missing that juiciness and flavor I’m looking for. Beef noodle soup is passing. Beef scallion pancake wrap is my favorite thing here bc they give a lot of meat and the flavor is good.
