Great food and friendly staff. Atmosphere and decorations can be improved
I got the Sesame chicken lunch.
The waitress told me that the chicken was hand breaded! It was great, very fresh-definitely a difference and step above the competition

This was our first time to visit, and we were very impressed with the food and service. Very clean and friendly staff! There are some really unique items, which were fun to try! We had the Dry Pot Cauliflower, with chicken added. It was outstanding! Additionally, the lo mein was not greasy at all. The Kung Pao chicken and salt and pepper chicken were all white meat and delicious! The tepanyaki beef was also really delicious. Highly recommend giving this place a go! Fang's Wok is a great find, offering authentic and delicious Fuzhou and Fujian cuisine. The food is inherently lighter than American Chinese food, featuring fresh, balanced, and comforting dishes with subtle but rich flavors. The menu includes special Fuzhou dishes like oyster pancake, guo bian, fish ball soup, steamed fish, salt pepper shrimp, and drunken ribs. Other excellent options are the Stir Fry Beef W Pepper, served with special steamed rice, and the Lo Mein noodles with excellent special dumpling sauce. Portions are great and prices are reasonable.
The restaurant provides a sense of familiarity and warmth, with quick, helpful, and friendly service. The owner is super hospitable, kind, generous, and welcoming. The atmosphere makes it perfect for a wonderful Sunday lunch or a comforting meal on a cold rainy day. As a refreshing addition to the local food scene, it is an authentic Fuzhou food restaurant known for nutritional value, low fat and oil, and healthy ingredients. Diners are excited to return to try more dishes from the menu.
