I’ve never been to prison but I imagine this is what Italian prison food would taste like it’s all just inedible bland slop. Even the dinner salad is soggy straight from the swamp iceberg lettuce. The reviews are right. Avoid.

I ordered catering for 60 people. Kim was great helping get the order put together and executed the whole experience perfectly on time and the food and refreshments were great! I highly recommend!

3 of us dining. Oneordered ravioli with red sauce - so sweet it was nearly inedible - clearly sweetened with sugar - do better- there are other ways to subtly sweeten pasta sauce! Eggplant parm was meh, would not order again. Shrimp scampi was covered in so much lemon (after scraping the monster pile of breadcrumbs- flavorless btw) off that we couldn't even finish it. Bread was hard- not just crusty but hard. Salad was doused in apparently only vinegar and not the good kind. Waiter was meh. Altogether a bad experience. Don't waste the time or money!

Just by chance we found this gem of a place. The service was awesome and the food topped it off with a permanent customer. Wilmer our server was awesome also. I swear our drinks were never empty. Y'all so gotta go and try this place out.

We had great service tonight. Atmosphere was dark and cozy but dated. The food was just average.

I really enjoyed the house salad they brought before the meal. It was just iceberg lettuce soaked in Italian dressing with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. The complimentary bread was a nice touch. It was brought warm with butter packets underneath, which helped soften the butter for easy spreading. But the taste was missing any flavor.

My daughter did not like the Linguini, saying it was very bland. The eggplant parm tasted good, but I prefer less fried crust and more eggplant. The side of broccoli was just steamed and had little flavor. The portion size was small for the price. The pizza was classic Campisi’s. As we have started reducing our carbs, we find a preference to their signature thin crust. The sausage on the pizza had a very strong fennel taste, which I found overpowering.

Seems to be a favorite for older locals. Nothing was exceptional that would make us want to return. But I’m sure we will order a pizza for take-out at some point.

I am a lasagna lover! I have had it all over the DFW area, this place trumps every other place I have been. My husband and I love it here…great food and cocktails, cozy and quaint, the service wonderful ❤️

Order delivery most of the time and it's been great. However the last 2 deliveries have not been great, the tiramisu has been placed on top of the pizza and melted. Disappointing. Pizza was good but this time had something hot on part of it, maybe jalapeño juice or something?? May have to rethink delivery going forward. Sad.

Campisi’s in Plano never disappoints! We stopped in for a casual dinner and ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza — crispy thin crust, juicy chicken, just the right kick of BBQ sauce, and topped with red onions and tomatoes. Absolutely delicious!

We also tried the bruschetta and wow — super fresh, loaded with tomatoes, garlic, basil, and just the right drizzle of olive oil and balsamic. Paired everything with a glass of red wine and it made for a perfect evening.

Great food, great vibes, and friendly service. We’ll definitely be back!
