We have been coming since this place was called steamed dumplings before. Not sure what happened but Chef Sun's Noodle and Dumplings has a lot of the same dishes as before. The staff is attentive and the food comes out just as fast. It tastes just as good too. The portions feel slightly smaller but all in all, we like it and will continue to come back for more with the rest of the extended family.

Kid-friendliness: There is a fish pond and kids say the fishes smile back.

Wow!!! Fantastic authentic Chinese dishes. My wife and I loved the biang biang noodle and the three pepper chicken dish. My son loved the pork and cabbage dumplings.

I am for the most part, very picky when it comes to food and places to go eat. We found this place. And boy I was surprised.
The food is 10 out of 10 very good. We order the boiled fish bowl. It was really good, no salty. We also order walnut shrimp, and the shrimp was just right tender not overcooked. The mayonnaise was home made really really good. The dumplings are super good.
Our waiter was very personable. He helped us through the menu and Recommend the best dishes. My husband and me. We just found a new favorite restaurant.

If you walk into an Asian restaurant and your about the only Anglo person there and the rest of the crowd is Asian, your in the right place! And when the specials are only written in Chinese, you've hit pay dirt people, unless you want to read them. (lucky for me my nephew knows Chinese, so I texted him a picture of the specials to find out what they were!) Sorry, I won't give out his number, he's 12.

This place is awesome!!!! The food is really delicious. And yes, I know a little something about Asian food as I have lived in both Japan and Taiwan for 4 years each growing up. So yes, it is authentic.
The first time we went (lucky for us we live about 1/2 mile away), we had the fried dumplings and then we each got a dish. Way too much food. I got a beef noodle dish, Biangbiang Beef Noodles. The noodles are so delicious. They are freshly hand made and cooked to perfection. My husband got something, it was good too. He didn't share, so that's why I can't remember.

Pro tip; the wide noodle come with a pair of scissors to cut them. I didn't remember this from when I lived in Taiwan, but I was younger then too. Most likely my mom cut them.

The second time we went, we brought family! That was the best we've dined there. Mostly because we could order a ton of food and try several things. We ordered to start the beef burrito, steamed dumpling, pan fried beef pies and crab rangoon. Then we ordered more dishes. We had the Bao buns, crispy green beans, the Kongpao Chicken, again everything was delicious. And it was such a blast to try all those dishes in one night. My little sister who lives in Phoenix AZ was with us that night. And now every time she comes to visit we go there to eat. She tells me its a requirement.

Tonight we ordered Mongolian Beef (Hubby) and I had the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup. Both were again delicious. The soup was really flavorful. The thin noodles were a perfect compliment to the spicy broth, beef chunks and baby bok choy. And I had wanted to try a thin noodle dish this time. The beef is like roast beef chunks in your soup. Again, full of flavor and they give you a lot of beef. I couldn't eat all of the meat and left about 1/3 of the broth it was really filling. I'm pretty sure I left 0 noodles. I do have to say that the Mongolian beef was my favorite tonight. He let me have a bite.

We've eaten at this place about 5-6 times. (mostly because my husband says no to once a week) Every time it is clean, and delicious. The staff are really nice and helpful. They will explain to you what the specials are, if your nephew is asleep/unavailable. = (

I think if you are looking for authentic Chinese food, this place is definitely one you should try. And take a group so you can order tons of things and try lots of dishes. You have a great view of the staff preparing the food. They have great tables for large groups here! It's not fancy, it's great delicious food. Go get ya some!

Parking: This is in a strip center near the Kroger at Custer and Parker. There is plenty of parking.

Kid-friendliness: Every time we've been there, there a tons of Asian families with children. Tonight there were 3 couples with about 7-8 kids. Again, they have tables for large groups.
