When I tell you this chipotle is nothing but sunshine and rainbows I’m not lying, went here today to get some food and all of the employees looked like they absolutely loved their life and seemed excited to serve me. The food was good as always but this review is to just totally recognize the nice awesome employees that have such great attitudes and made it such an enjoyable experience and ultimately made my day better. Keep it up guys see yall next time!!!!

AC not working and music waaay too loud. Chipotle has one of the worst atmospheres I have experienced in a semi fast food place.

Ate here on Sunday and by Tuesday, full blown Stomach Virus. Also, the rice was too hard too. Should have known something was not right with chicken. Cross contamination somewhere as I only eat one daily and also, didn't have meat the prior days based off the incumbency period. I will never order their again.

I went in to get some food for my lunch break and there was this one lady wearing a hijab that was so incredibly rude and made my experience at this location very poor. She was rude to my friend when they messed up her online order, and when I went through the line she was very rude and kept rolling her eyes after anything I ask to be put in my bowl, eventually she got so annoyed and tossed my bowl aside and walked away rolling her eyes pretending I wasn’t even there leaving her coworker to finish my order.

actually one of the worst experiences i’ve had. my friend and i walked in on our lunch break and when i got my online order i saw it was wrong and i hopped in line with my friend who was ordering when i tried to tell the lady with the blue clothing she pointed at me very aggressively and was being extremely rude and told me to go down to the cashier. my friend then started ordering from her when she was extremely disrespectful towards her and rolled her eyes anytime my friend asked for more of the topping she liked. eventually she got so annoyed w taking my friends order she tossed her bowl to the side and walked away and rolled her eyes and had her coworker finish the job. ruined our whole lunch break

This used to be my go-to Chipotle in Dallas but it’s really gone downhill over the last few months. The portions have been getting drastically smaller, and half the staff doesn’t even know what my menu item (chicken three pointer) is. Asking for plain rice, as other reviewers have said, usually earn me annoyed looks or just takes forever. The burritos went from being normal size to barely the size of a taco. I remember paying $5 plus tax for this order and now it easily costs over $8. With other Chipotle locations being built around the metroplex, I can’t recommend going here anymore unless things change.

WARNING! DO NOT USE DOOR DASH FOR DELIVERY. THE DRIVER TOOK A PHOTO THEN WALKED OFF WITH MY FOOD. DOOR DASH REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND.

Very rude staff here. They need some corporate training. Associates reach over food that's being prepared on the line. Are sanitary lessons taught here at this location? Just sickening. Then the eye rolls when you mention it to them.

Treated very poorly, especially by the woman at the rice and meat portion of the line.

Just wanted to look up a close one by the house to go get a burrito bit after reading these reviews there’s no way I’m stepping into this place to be served bland food by rude employees. Owners better pay attention to all these horrible reviews or you won’t be open much longer. Geez

Each place has different sense of proportions.
The kid here was so stingy with chicken I was forced to say it's getting worse. Lot of rice but low on meat. Talk of shrinkflation. He said 4 oz of meat is the norm.
Whatever it's time to avoid Chipotle

Don’t you dare ask for plain rice. Even if you can’t consume cilantro. They will throw a fit (Ana is her name) Slamming things around, throwing plastic wrap, everything!
Even the other workers will join in and make fun of you, while the manager just ignores them.
I get it-younger adults need jobs too, but for goodness sakes. Correct your attitude about having to do your job.
This is the second time I’ve been given grief about asking for plain rice at this very location. No other location minds as they provide good customer service to their guests.
Sorry I can’t eat cilantro.

I will NEVER patronize this location again! First off the woman with the headdress was extremely rude. I walked in and she looked at me as if it was an issue me being there. She never greeted me, never asked what I wanted she just stared at me. Furthermore she tried to give me baby portions, and as soon as I made it to the end to pay then she started talking to every other customer. Ive never been to this location and will never be back. Really considering sharing my experience via social media.

One of the worst chipotle restaurant I ever tried. The employees not even interested in adding what we have requested. They trying to add profit for the restaurant adding the bowl full of rice whichever is cheaper. Worst..
