Where do i start? I have placed 3 burrito bowls for pickup . The food was beyond disgusting as u saw in the pictures the rice was all mushy like a paste and it became hard ! They put barely any chicken in the bowl and the chicken pieces were undercooked . The disgusting part is they did not add any salt to any items the rice the chicken was saltless . Overall the food was inedible i had to throw my 40$ worth food into the trash . And coming to emoloyees they r too rude . They started closing 45 mins before close and the lady who did my bowl she was done with packing and set it aside so that the next person can pack it in a bag and hand it to me but he took forever to showup and when he did show up he asked me whats my order and i told him that placed an online pickup order he pointed out to the girl who was taking orders nd making bowls and said she will take care of me and he proceeds to help next customer who came in after me with nice smile on his face but he was totally rude to me ( he was black and the customer who he helped was black too , i felt it was pure racism ) i hope someone take serious action on this location because this is completely unacceptable. This location sucks . The night team sucks !

After all this i tried to reach out chipotle custmer service in the app pepper bot its a complete scam they didnot help me it asked me few questions and kicked me out of chat when i tried to explain the issue . This is a total scam and robbery

The service was very bad. They gave me bowls that were almost half empty, and when I asked them to fill them up, they charged me double. The bowls are supposed to be full.

This was our first visit, and it will also be our last. Most of the food containers were empty, especially the cooked vegetables. The staff serving us were very impolite. When I asked a young man about the protein bowl listed on the menu, he said he didn’t know what it was and made no effort to ask anyone else. The young woman serving items like corn and salad added those to my order but refused to add other food to replace the cooked vegetables they had run out of. The serving staff should communicate with the kitchen when food containers are running low so customers are not left without options.

The workers are lazy and will scrape the bottom of a container and not refill condiments, even while making your bowl/burrito. Tonight I got home and the bottom of my Chipotle bag was wet so the food fell out from the bottom. My carnitas bowl fell out all over the floor so I could not eat it.

The customer service is horrible. The chips are wet and soggy. I showed it to them and they acknowledged but no apology for it or willing to make fresh and serve them. They just ignored it and kept doing their work. No intention to make the customer service better. I will not recommend this store to anyone.

Was ordering and asked for steak, but the guy added double steak even though the portion looked almost the same. Got charged double too. Tried to explain, but he kept insisting that’s what I said, so I just let it go :) Kinda rude honestly.

This Chipotle gets 1 star from me, and honestly, that’s being generous. The workers here are completely incompetent and downright disrespectful. They act like they don’t want to be there, rush you through the line, and have an attitude when you ask simple questions about your order.

The worst part was the food itself—I bit into three small bones in my burrito. That’s absolutely unacceptable for any restaurant, especially one that’s supposed to be serving fresh, quality ingredients. It completely ruined my meal and made me question their food prep standards altogether.

Between the careless service and the serious food safety issue, I won’t be coming back to this location. Chipotle corporate really needs to take a hard look at how this place is being run.

Always get the receipt when you have complaints, they will skip the receipt and when you go to contact us there is no proof for it and they wont take the complaint!

There is no fixed portion size , it will be per their discretion, if you can for more you will have to request, fight with them even if the scoop is half filled, they tried to charge me more by adding double scoop which i did not ask for, this location skims for sure when asking for pickup. A BAD experience

Pathetic excuse for a Chipotle. If you order online for pickup they give you half size burritos and the one with chicken had 3 pieces in it. Make sure you go in or don't waste your time here. And it's almost impossible to get a refund. They offered a free drink. Pointless location. Should have read the reviews first.
