Terrible customer service at this location. I would not recommend shopping at this location…EVER! We always buy a lot at Costco and all the time we’ve been at any Costco location, we always check out at self checkout no matter how many items we got. We were approached by an associate right as we head to one of the open self checkout lanes and was told that we can’t check out there because we got too many items in our cart. Great customer service! Highly recommend this return product location. No fuss. The Dallas location @ 75 and 635 would not take Kirkland item that is a gift. Inquiry about an item is friendly and helpful too.

Costco Food Court offers a convenient spot to grab a bite while shopping. The roast beef sandwich is average, with limited meat for the price, but the hot dog is a consistent favorite. Be sure to request onions if you want them. For a quick and satisfying meal, a slice of cheese pizza and yogurt is a reliable choice. Note that the food court could improve on cleanliness.
