Haven't been to a Dickey's restaurant in a long time, well it hasn't changed or gotten better! It's still a hot box BBQ restaurant! We shared a 3 meat combo. Pull pork was dry, fatty brisket had no flavor or smoke, and I had to put barbecue sauce on it to make it a little ediable. The ribs are ok. It was the only meat that had smoke flavor! The sides were blane! The sweet corn tasted and looked it had been sitting in the bin all day, we were at the restaurant when they opened 30mins later. I think we are done! No more Dickey's for us! Even if it was free! Now I know why none of the Dickey's restaurants we drive past is ever busy or packed like Hutchinson or even Spring Creek!

I went in the drive up, and ordered a childs plate. It was like 8.98. The employee a Male, hands the the pay thing to put my pin in. It said 19.98. I yelped 19.98, he said yes you put a 10.00 tip in. No I DID NOT. He put it in before he handed me the pay thing. He said they are refunding it back to my card. We will see as it is still pending. I will NOT be returning there to be taken advantage of again! This is the 2nd time they have tried to pull a fast one. Spanish male, fast talker and in his 40s. Bye Dickies!

WARNING They force you to tip now. When paying at the window you no longer have an option to forgo tip. I asked why there wasn't an option and the cashier selected the tip without my consent.

I ordered 1 lb of turkey breast and they sold me dried up shredded turkey scraps that were clearly left over from Thanksgiving 4 days prior. Ew! Go to a different location.

Had a great brisket burger ? here. There was no option for Iced tea but the owner was kind enough to provide (since I purchased drink). It was a little extra service but helped and reminded how small service goes long way. I will come back here because it made the whole experience positive.

I literally just pulled out of the drive-thru with my food and drink and OMG!!! The guy at the window (my receipt says Chris Hodges) was RIDICULOUSLY pleasant, fun, and cute! He smiled at me the whole time and even bantered with me a little making me smile after a LONG day at work which is what I needed but didn’t know I needed. He even smiled through the freaking intercom before I got to the window when I was placing my order. He is so awesome and sweet and I will be back as long as Dickies keeps employees like that. PHENOMENAL customer service doesn’t exist anymore in my mind, but it did tonight! ??
