I want to commend this Dilla's location! Until my most recent visit, my food experience has always been delicious! This visit the food was not the best prepared, but the managers worked to make certain that this was not left unresolved! I called and spoke with manager at the time who was limited in him abilities to help make this experience a better! I was given the GM name and contact, I called and left a voicemail. My call was returned within 10 mins of my message. The GM was very understanding and willing to assist with making this situation a better experience. This review is to show my satisfaction with the professionalism, courtesy, understanding and willingness to make certain the customer is satisfied, when addressing their own mistake. I want to thank them for making certain that my concerns were heard and that there was a solution to the problem. They did that! I appreciate that! And, I am happy to say that I will continue to eat at Dilla's because they have some of the best food around, AND they value their customers enough to make their mistakes right! Thank you for that, Dilla's is the bomb-digity!!!Parking: parking is not an issue. there is plenty of space

The food was awesome, and it was super cool to hear about the origins of the restaurant from the employees. They all like the concept and are proud of the business. I got togo so I can’t speak on atmosphere, but the restaurant was very clean and calm.
