This was a very clean and well decorated Korean soup restaurant and the service was great! They even had a robot server. They served some of the best beef ribs soups ever. I have tried a few of their soups and some of them were pretty bland and more suitable for Korean palette, but I highly recommend any soup with beef ribs in it as it greatly improved the taste of the soup and my favorite is the spicy beef ribs soup with dried cabbage, which is super good!
Fantastic restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. The broth is exceptionally flavorful, and the portions are generous. While the prices are on the higher side, the overall experience is definitely worth it. I've been a patron since they opened, and whoever I bring along is never disappointed. Doma is one of the reasons I moved from San Francisco to Dallas. Insane value for the price! The soup tastes so clean, savory and healthy — perfect for a rainy day or when you need a pick me up. I like that they serve the soup unseasoned so that you can adjust the flavor to your liking. Restaurant is always very clean and service is friendly. Minimal wait time.
