Worst service of any Dunkin I've been to. Rude staff. Ordered 25 munchkins they gave me 21. Order a donut with coffee and they give you coffee and then take other orders and make you wait for the donut. Awful experience every time. Don't go here unless you want to be overcharged and treated poorly.

Hi, I wanted to share some feedback about repeated issues with this Dunkin location. My coworkers and I order through Uber Eats at least once a week, but we’ve run into multiple problems: 1. Missing items 2. Wrong items 3. And today, two coffees were not filled properly (one was extremely low), with no signs of spills.
Uber Eats wouldn’t adjust the order, stating that portions and sizes are determined by the store. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to call the location today—ordering through Uber is supposed to be the convenient option for us.
In a past issue, I called the store and was told replacements would be provided, but when my coworker went to pick them up with the receipt, she was told the system was down and they couldn’t give her the replacement.
I’m sharing this in hopes the service can improve, because we order often and would really appreciate a better experience.

My wife comes more often to Dunkin, me not so much, but when I walked in Ennisha remember who I was and remembered my Dunkin Energy drink! Everyone that works at this Dunkin location is awesome! 5 stars for sure!

So I have been coming to this place past 1 year at-least once and twice a month but today was the worst experience with the customer service. So I usually get one drink frozen Mocha coffee, and I always get it right but this horrible girl made my drink and keep insisting that I made what u showed me. It was so water down and dark… then I apologised and said I do not want to be a pain but this what not I get usually so with so much of rolling eyes and attitude she made me another one… I have no issues paying for an extra drink but the attitude she has OH MY GOD! She gave me another one and I TOOK IT she still did not get it right!!! DUNKIN YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO TREAT CUSTOMER BETTER. 😡😡😡I complained about the attitude to the manager Don and he was really nice and understanding. I hope that girl would get trained properly. I think her name was Tanisha or something.

This store has the best staff! Ennisha knows my order when my car pulls into the parking lot. The donuts are always fresh, and the service is fast. This store definitely surpasses the rest.

Every month, there will be different faces (employees) working at this place. In this sense, this place lacks consistency. If you go in the evening, some items will be missing from their menu meaning they don't keep enough stock or re-stock once sold out.
As for Dunkin as a franchise, it has gotten money-greedy and money-hungry like many other similar food chains over the years. Their small size hot latte is nearly $5.00 with the taste being different across places. That is unbelievable. A full breakfast now costs around $12 at Dunkin which is more expensive than the cost of a lunch or dinner at other food places.
