I haven't been here in a long time. I used to come for lunch when I was single, but today I just wanted to grab a quick bite. The people working here are as cold as the air conditioning. The atmosphere is so strange that I feel like I've done something wrong.
I wanted a quesadilla, so I asked if they had something to heat it up. A guy said yes, so that’s what I ordered. When I went to the grill side, I received another strange look. No one said anything; they just looked at me a couple of times, heated up my food, and handed it over. I said thank you, but there was no response.
Everyone in the store seems to act this way. Maybe I did something wrong or I just don't fit in anymore.
Oh and it taste bad. Uneven seasoning and over-salting. Maybe that's why they think I'm wired? Ordered the worst thing in the store

I would have loved to love this place. But the employees at the grill counter ignored me and 3 other customers for 5 mins. Didn’t acknowledge, didn’t mention that they would be with us in a minute. I put back all my intended purchases and left.
Hi , I heard about Eatzi’s on TikTok and was amazed how the chicken ceaser wrap was so I decided to order it online .Now my expectations and from what I have seen the food is made before I even pick it up .I was charged a $5 service fee online as well . When I go to pick up my order , the ceaser wrap was premade and pulled from a refrigerator. So I paid $15 for a prepaid wrap and was charged fee because I was told it would be made upon ordering not it being already pre made I shouldn’t have been charged a fee if it was not made . Called and tried to speak with a manager but the employee was not able to get a manager.
