I have to say that I have never had anything bad at Eatzi's. I had a variety of dishes and meals and all of them have been good. My wife tired the salad bar and was very happy with the selection and the freshness. Great place for any meal time.

Expensive, crowded and rude. Beware the salad/wrap lady who fusses at you and refuses to serve you if you’re not in the correct line (that’s not marked so your guess is as good as mine! Lol). In front of everyone there. Humiliating. I was so embarrassed I left my basket of chicken salad, soda and grapes and walked out before I cried. Rude and unnecessary. I went to Newk’s and was served well and happily.

Dark. Smelled off. Not one person greeted us or asked if we needed anything. Cases were so covered in condensation you couldn’t tell what was inside. A bunch of stuff you can get at the grocery store. Bread trimmings uncovered in the floor. So underwhelming. Overall vibe was bad. Unenthusiastic staff. Several health code violations. Didn’t want to risk getting sick so we didn’t get anything.

Best sandwich game in the area right now. If you want a reasonably priced, decent portion, quality ingredient sammy for lunch, this is the spot. Excellent variety of fresh baked breads, meats, and toppings. For $10 on the make your own, it’s a great deal. Highly recommend.
