Fiery Nashville Hot Chicken - Plano

The chicken at this place is great, it's juicy, crispy, flavorful, and spicy. The comeback sauce they provide is amazingly good, with the right amount of spices and flavors mixed in. The French fries are beautifully done, being crinkle-cut, fried to a crisp, and seasoned very nicely. My favorite item here is the Nashville sandwich, and the fiery Mac n cheese is a close runner up. 100% recommend this place.

You may want to order before arriving as the wait time could be up to 15 minutes sometimes. The dining area has many seats if you want to eat in.

For the weak, they have no spice option for everything

This is the first time I have ever did a review of any Deshi restaurant.We went there 2nd time in here.Food was great and very fresh.When we started our order The owner of the restaurant cane to us and suggests what we should order!

He offered us a new menu it’s called “Paratha smash” it was really good.And the very good one thing he come and Cheking to us.

This place is filthy. They seriously need a cleaning crew to scrub everything. The trash can was overflowing with nobody in the restaurant. I don’t think these guys understand basic hygiene. I can’t even imagine what the kitchen must look like.

The place needs to be cleaned up from the ceiling tiles to the bathrooms. It’s very embarrassing. The spice levels are all wrong. We ordered mild it was spicy. We ordered the medium It was extremely spicy. The fries were not fresh they were re-cooked. The chicken is good and clean with no smell, but the rest of it needs help. For the prices they are charging the place should be in a lot better shape and always serving fresh food not stale bread or reheated fries.

The hot chicken is good, almost same as any other hot chicken, but the meal menu seem useless, if you order meal, just fries are extra, NOT the soda.
You pay extra for soda, and the soda they have are below average brands, the soda cup is 16 Oz. This place is on its way going down.. perhaps if product and menu are not upgraded.. soda cup size is same as small water-cup

I stopped by Fiery Nashville Chicken after visiting a friend, and I’m so glad I did. There are so many food options in this plaza, but this spot really stood out.
I ordered lunch for my son (who’s a big fan of chicken sandwiches), and he said his food was awesome. I also tried the chicken fries—great flavor and plenty of food.
What really made my day, though, was finding out that they serve halal chicken. Coming from New York and not being a pork eater, this honestly put a big smile on my face.
A huge thank you to the young man who took care of me at the counter. I know you saw me get a little emotional—sorry about that—but thank you for treating me with kindness and not making me feel out of place. It meant more than you know.

I ordered chicken tenders and chicken burger. They told me to wait 15 mins but the food was ready in 10 mins.It was hot and delicious. Loki served us and his service was very fast.He was friendly.My kids saw Nashville Hot Chicken online and made me drive 30 mins,but it was worth the trip

Love this spot. One of my favorite actually. Food is elite and the variety in the menu is excellent. Wait times are moderate but the food is always freshly made. The ambiance is decent but to be fair I mostly get take out.

the guy working the front desk was rude, I came to pick up the order and started arguing with me for no reason and used an aggressive tone. I’ve never witnessed customer service as bad as this!

Ordered off Uber Eats because they had a promotion for free item. ONLY reason I ordered because I wanted the banana pudding. And guess what was not in the bag? Don't run a promotion if you aren't going to give the item to your customers. Because lets be honest.. Dave's Hot Chicken is better and I would have rather ordered that.

While the food is good, the service lacked in that preferential treatment is given to certain individuals that come into the place. Also, it seems that management reduces the quantity of certain food items such as the syrup in sodas, but still charges full price. We have visited this location before and had an enjoyable experience but it has turned for the worst in recent time. Hopefully management can turn things around. The nashville chicken is a good eat.
