Really good fries. I have had better hot chicken. But it took them nearly 15 minutes for just one sandwich. If you're looking for a place to be on your 30-minute lunch break, this might not be the best place.

Amazing food! If I want a chicken sandwhich and I am in Plano: then this is the place I am going no doubt in my mind! Their Fiery Nashville Chicken Sandwhich is fantastic- great flavor, and just the right amount of crispiness and ingredients blended together! I also love their crinkle fries, they have a lot of crispiness and flavor. Sauce is awesome too! The people working are always nice and helpful, and the place is always spotless!

I work for DoorDash. I came to pick up an order. The restaurant claimed that somebody else picked up the food. My customer claimed they never got the food. The person working the counter did not double check the order and gave the order to a random person without checking to see if they had the correct name on the order. When I asked him to remake the food for my customer, he refused and got very mad and agitated and started to raise his voice to me so I had to cancel my order. Would this level of customer service? I would not shop here nor would I encourage anybody to DoorDash from this location since they do not check the orders before giving them out to random people.

update: I made two calls that were time stamped and recorded concerning this issue and your threat to report me is unfounded and shows your continued unprofessionalism. The customer that ordered food never received their order because it was given out to a person that was not assigned to the order because it was not checked by the store before sending it out. This obvious attempt at intimidation because you received a bad review on your business. Is this really a business that one would like to give their money to?

I come here almost every other week. I am changing my five star to a one because the standard isn’t the same, the service is awful and the quality has gone worse!

The chicken at this place is great, it's juicy, crispy, flavorful, and spicy. The comeback sauce they provide is amazingly good, with the right amount of spices and flavors mixed in. The French fries are beautifully done, being crinkle-cut, fried to a crisp, and seasoned very nicely. My favorite item here is the Nashville sandwich, and the fiery Mac n cheese is a close runner up. 100% recommend this place.

You may want to order before arriving as the wait time could be up to 15 minutes sometimes. The dining area has many seats if you want to eat in.

For the weak, they have no spice option for everything
