Subs are great but the people working there should be retrained. Every time I’ve come here they’ve forgotten something in my order and caught an attitude when I asked for it. The last two times they’ve forgotten to make my Mac and cheese and the two Indian dudes acted like they had an attitude when I asked if they’d forgotten it. I’m literally sitting down right now still waiting for my Mac smh. Wish places hired people who understood southern manners.

I have not been to a firehouse sub since pre pandemic days. I did not know about this location until today. There was a promo to buy a sandwich and get another free if your name starts with the letter BR. So I came fairly late at night and the manager was really kind and patient with me. The store was really clean. I assumed it was brand new but it's been around for a year now. I did not eat at the store but the sandwiches were delicious when we ate them at home. We will...

This firehouse subs gave me a great tasting sandwich the exact way I wanted. Flavors and craftsmanship was outstanding.The only thing is the new team working here needs to smile! They need to be more welcoming not to robotic and “not-alive” vibe. Crank up the a/c a little while you’re at. It was unpleasantly to warm on a day like this.
