The Lady’s kept screaming in the restaurant wanting us to pay $15 tip for the service even though they never came to ask us if we were fine or ask for any refills. These business ethics are unacceptable and you should never treat customers the way we were treated today. Extremely disappointed

These women are abusive. They didn't provide any table service whatsoever, and then the woman told my brother it was a 15 percent tip, even though we're leaving 5 percent because no one ever came to serve us or offer us drinks or anything. The woman was angry and yelling throughout the restaurant. They are very rude and abusive. If they want more tips, they have to earn them, at least by going to the table once to ask if the customers want more drinks. Really bad service

I placed a large order and one item was missing I called to let them know I was told next time I need to check my order that it was there when I picked up. Manager made it sound I was lying. Mistakes happen nothing done to resolve and this was the “Manager” all she wanted to do was argue poor customer service. Ordered 11 items for a birthday lunch got 10. Long time customer over 30 years I will not be back.

Roasted pork and bbq pork fried rice are excellent. Love their orange chicken as well. Seems they start letting customers use credit cards. FYI if you come right when they open they may not be completely ready.

I am extremely disappointed by the conduct of the manager during my visit. Her behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful and entirely inappropriate. Instead of helping me with basic courtesy, she spoke to me in a rude and condescending manner, making several remarks that were unnecessary insulting.
Her tone, attitude and overall approach created a hostile environment and made it clear that customer service was not a priority. No guest should be treated with such disregard, especially by the person responsible for setting the standard for the rest of the staff.
This experience overshadowed the entire visit and left a lasting negative impression. I hope the ownership takes this seriously, because no customer deserves to be spoken to the way she chose to speak to me.

Grew up coming here and I always knew the food was just average but this is the only place that has a massive menu with real Chinese menu items so I've accepted lower expectations from them. But after a recent experience, I would really prefer not to come here anymore.
The food was fine, standard but the service was subpar. Our server came to give us our menus and we ordered right away, second time to bring out the food, and third time to bring us the check. She did not come by to check up on us during the meal at all. Everything she had done thus far is within her job description as a server -- to provide menus, bring out the food, and give the check. She did not provide any service to enhance our dining experience so we tipped accordingly, 10%. She came back to our table and asked for a 15% tip, which was such an awkward encounter. Tips are optional so if you are demanding tips, either do better, allow card payments, or increase the price of your food because tips are never mandatory.
Don't want to graciously accept the tip that your customer is giving you in addition to paying for their food? Don't be a server.

This restaurant is one of our favorites. Everything about it is great. The food is fresh and delicious. The white rice is served in a large container for you to help yourself. The staff are friendly and efficient. You cannot beat this restaurant for value. We hope it stays in business forever!

Homey, authentic Cantonese BBQ spot with probably the best roast duck and BBQ pork in the metroplex. They also have crispy roast pork (until sold out) which is usually decent depending on time of day. Prices are fair for what you get. I’ve eaten at all of the different locations and still feel partial to this Plano location.
The manager Grace is so friendly. Yummy foods and clean place. I love this place and highly recommend

We were hungry and this was the closest Chinese restaurant that we could find! We had two noodle dishes, both are ok! We had the beef soft noodles and house crispy noodles (this one had a mixture of different seafoods), the flavor is ok not extraordinary that I need to go back for more! Service was great! It was quiet when we were there! Lots of carry outs!
