Food Republic is a food court franchise featuring casual Asian eateries that serve up reasonably priced meals. They are found in a handful of shopping malls around Kowloon including this spot at Silvercord on Canton Road. Eateries are open from late morning until around 9pm. Just like a normal shopping mall food court, have a look around, order at the respective eateries, collect your food when ready, find a table and eat up!

Nobody is in the store again. 4 out of 5 times I visited this place at around 5:30 it's closed, at least an hour before the time it should be closed. The owner was dishonest and told us they never leave early and were just inside when I asked them why they weren't opened during claimed business hours. I went to eat at this food court several times and the services provided for beverages is the absolute worst! The waiters take their sweet time or even worse don't even bother to take our orders at all. Even if they took our orders, why does it take one large bottle or mineral water and 2 tins of cola to arrive? The food is served faster than the drinks and that's fine but not after 10 to 20 minutes after we finish our meals! Called the waiters to take our orders and they don't even respond at all when they are right in front of us. They even have the dignity to eye roll at you. Even the cashier is no better. Spoke in a rude tone and doesn't even bother to look at you. Boss or not, this is not the way to provide customer service in a business.

i went the bdc branch and one of the male staff was very rude....there is no empty table again so we squize 6 ppl in one table while waiting for extra table....but the male staff was very rude and impolite way to tell us that can't squize in one table....and while asked to clean the table and said "tak boleh sabar kah?" you should train ur staff be more polite and can say it with proper way!
