Food Republic is a food court franchise featuring casual Asian eateries that serve up reasonably priced meals. They are found in a handful of shopping malls around Kowloon including this spot at Silvercord on Canton Road. Eateries are open from late morning until around 9pm. Just like a normal shopping mall food court, have a look around, order at the respective eateries, collect your food when ready, find a table and eat up!
Great options of food near our hotel. The Food Republic is lovely filled with different food stalls (Chinese, Singaporean, Thai, Korean, Japanese, etc) and near a lot of shops. We tried different food shops here when we stayed in TST. It was quite clean and the service was good.
For first timers in HK who want to try dimsum, this is a good place to start. Must try: pan fried pork/leek dumplings, steamed rice with pork and chicken feet and hainan chicken with rice.
