When it stands out about this location is the service. The lady behind the counter was not only friendly, but was exceptionally professional with a great positive attitude. The food was good and tasty.

Freebirds get all 5 of the Stars!! My experience was a 10/10 and I definitely recommend. I go to Plano West and have a short amount of time to get food but the black lady there hasn’t ALWAYS made my food fast and correct. She also always a great attitude when I come just an all out amazing employee!!

We were greeted by the young ladies in the back and were told we would be helped soon. Our turn came and we built our delicious burritos with visibly fresh ingredients and great tasting as soon as they hit our mouths. So good I didn’t get to take a picture. We got a chips and queso , they were extremely good! Love it all!
