My mom and I like to meet at wineries/ wine bars once a month that halfway for us (parents live in Crystal Lake and I live in LaSalle). Goat and Vine was an excellent restaurant with delicious food and a variety of top notch wines! On top of that, our server made our first time experience that much better; I highly recommend!!
We a saw a sign for $8 brunch so we right we’d try it out. The restaurant was completely dead inside. Nobody but the owner and the waitress. We sat ourselves on the patio and the waitress brought us our water. We ordered the breakfast burrito, crepes with Nutella, and a chicken fried chicken. The food was pretty good. Overall food experience and would come back if the price stayed the same.
My husband and I have dined here 2 years and on anniversaries. We signed up for membership and he gets an email for a complimentary bottle of wine for his birthday. Thanks so much. Tonight he went to redeem his birthday email which was sent to him this morning and when he went to redeem it around 6 or 6:30 pm, the female host and a waiter said they no longer honor the birthday email.
