This was our first time, we ordered the meal for 4 they give you so much food with a variety of meats. My kids loved the dining experience.

We lived in Okinawa for two years and enjoyed plenty of yakiniku while there. Gyu-Kaku was spot on with food and speedy service...from food ordering to grill grate replacements to drink refills. Definitely recommend. Our family of 5 (kids ages 6-12) really enjoyed it and will be back.

Allot of potential in this place. Unique dining experience spoiled by a terrible organized menu and streaky service. People were all very nice but this is a very service intensive dining experience and it just struggles under a chaotic menu of items. Food was presented well and flavors were very good.

We love it here. Honestly it is way over priced for what you get, but the kids love it, it is fun, the waitstaff is awesome, and the selection is great.

The experience at first started off well, but then towards the end, it became a very bad experience for us the portions to what we were given to what we wanted up paying was a lot higher than expected. I did my booking through OpenTable, which had already had a price set, and once I showed my phone at the beginning of the service, it was agreed-upon, but then at the end of our service we were charged for the equivalent of four people. and we still had several meals missing from the price set . And we certainly didn't get all the food that we were forced to pay for. And they added an additional cocktail that was on our final receipt. Unfortunately, based on the bad service that we experienced plus being overcharged for an experience, we did not get this will the first and last time we come to this establishment.

Very nice atmosphere,food and experience. I love that I get to cook my own food preseason.
They have plenty options on the menu so I would recommend to look at the menu beforehand. If not, the servers are very helpful. We had Isaiah as our server. Thank you for having patience answering questions we had. The dessert and chicken garlic noodles were the showstopper. Will come again!

Four of us ordered a set for 4 at $170 value, plus drinks. Side dishes and noodles are good, but meat definitely has room to improve, or in another word worse than the picture or a la carte. The photos attached speak for themselves. Service is ok, but I wish the servers knows when to replace the grill and check with us often, and no need for us to ask her all the time. Today lunch time is not busy, and no need to spend too much time in the kitchen area chitchatting without paying attention to customers

we made a reservation at 8:30 at 8:45. They said that we had to order whatever we wanted because the kitchen was closing. Why would they accept a reservation at 8:30 if they close the kitchen at 8:45?  we got there, asked for drinks and they were delivered in Styrofoam cups. I had to ask them to bring other kind of glasses. They said they run out of them, but then they found some when I complained and said that I was not eating at a McDonald's, the manager was really nice and decided not to charge us for our drinks
