It was a nice experience this morning. The attendant was helpful, made my smoothie in a quick manner, did not bother me while I was on the phone and wasn’t particularly rude that I was. I did ask for a modification which she was able to do and made sure to double check that I was sure I wanted said modification. She didn’t go above and beyond or anything but was able to provide me with what I needed and didn’t bother me too much. Not particularly engaging.

Service has gone down. I won't blame the staff because they only do what they are trained to do. If management is short handed then management needs to be more hands on and come and work alongside your staff. You can't be too good to work in your own business. Hire dependable teenagers, they always need jobs but don't make excuses about being short-handed. It makes you look lazy and irresponsible.
