I ordered 4 muffulettas in person at 11:00 am for 12:15 pickup Sweet lady Deja attended me. Very helpful and happy going. as soon as she saw me parked she opened the door and greeted me and said she has all ready for me. What more can you expect. Now a days employees seems like they are there but don't want to be there. Like giving nice service with a smile is costing them something. Not Deja. Look for her and say hello. Looking at the positive reviews I should assume that all the employees are good and should praise the manager as well for running a well managed restaurant. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year.

Our cashier was asked a couple of questions about the menu to which her answer to each was, "I don't know". On the fourth question, I suggested she ask management. Failure and success start at the top. It's obvious management is not taking the time to train people properly. The cashier is the face of the restaurant. The best answer is, "I am not sure, but let me ask". Food, atmosphere is for the most part on point.

Evidently, the normal location that I use for delivery is closed for renovations. Automatically switched me to this location. I ordered the new harvest turkey sandwich, The turkey itself was old and didn’t taste very good. This is not to mention the fact that there was hardly any turkey on the sandwich, one piece of sliced cheese and the skimpiest serving of mayonnaise. I believe I’ve ever had, The bread was hard and not fresh. The sandwich came with no pickle Realize or chips. it was overall a terrible experience. I should mention that this order came from Uber Eats, the only thing I can say to Jason’s Deli, is that if you are not making enough money off your cut from Uber Eats then stop letting Uber Eats use your restaurant for delivery. I can almost guarantee you from my experience with all the Jasons deli. I’ve been to over the last 15 years that I would never get such piss poor sandwich in store or on a takeout order. Also, it should be noted that since my location was closed that probably indicates that this location is busier than normal, if the manager cannot keep up with the increase demand then that’s a separate issue.

I ordered online , and when I got there, the drink machine was out. They gave me a cup of ice and a can of dr pepper. That was 3.19! I would think if the fountain drinks were out, they would offer you a free drink. I ordered oven roasted chicken, and they gave me smoked chicken, which I hate, and they burned my croissant to a crisp, which was cold!!! Was not worth going back, as I had already left! Total was 17 dollars, and some change! Not the best Jason's I have ever been to! The one in Mckinny is much more organized and larger, and food is always good!

The Ultimate BLT Bowl was very good. Good combination of chicken, bacon, quinoa, lettuce, tomatoes, boiled eggs, and pickled onions. Dressing was your choice!! I am looking forward to a return visit.
