Best chain sandwich restaurant and it ain't even close! Cherry pepper relish on the Club Supreme and you're living life right. The app is great, easy for ordering ahead, I'm a Construction Superintendent at Children's Plano and this is my favorite lunch spot! Your team is always friendly and usually have my order ready when i walk in. Thank you Jersey Mike's for keeping me fed, most of the time I don't eat lunch but when I do, it's usually with you! 1st time at this location and it was for a worth cause. Entire month business is making charitable contributions but Mar 26th all profits go to one cause. Busy at this shop with lots of take out orders. We got great sandwich and split it with chips and cookie. Glad to spend money for good food service and charitable cause. Next time we will likely go to other locations that are on our way to summer band concerts in park for picnic supper.

A clean, tasty, and efficient Jersey Mike's. We enjoyed our sandwich meals. The #13 and the Roast Beef sandwich. Both sandwiches were tasty and made to order. This is an excellent JM's location, and I will visit again!

This was first time in a Jersey Mikes and I was very nervous to order a sandwich here, but our food handler Zach was so nice and kind while helping me build my sandwich! He offered me all the choice of cheese and meats, really appreciated him and this location!

I understand you need to fulfill to go orders, but when you have 7 people in line, and 4 people working the counter. Maybe don’t spend 10 minutes focusing on delivery orders and help the customers in the store. This happens every-time I come here and it’s extremely annoying. Please have better service for customers who come into the store and do not make all 7 of us wait. Every customer was visibly annoyed

Food was absolutely excellent. People were friendly. This location did something that other locations didn’t do on my orders in the past, they toasted the bread! The the sandwich was so much better! Thanks guys.

Food was good. I ordered a #17 Philly hot sandwich, but I guess they misheard me and I ended up with a cold #7 turkey sandwich. Luckily that was my second choice, and I dont like to be 'that guy' that makes a fuss. So I just went with it. It was late on a Sunday about 45 minutes before close... I would want someone to cut me a break so I try and do the same when I can.
Was nice and clean inside and outside on the little patio.
Jersey Mikes always does a good job with fresh food and decent quick service. And my free sandwich from my points always helps too!
