Really quiet for a Saturday, but good food and drinks! Their frozen cocktails amazing

Flamant Restaurant offers an excellent experience with delicious food, amazing drinks, and a beautiful atmosphere. The menu features incredible food options with explosive flavors and a true European-French style fare. Dishes like the wagyu burger, described as life-changing and amazing, the ragu gnocchi, the seasonal salad, the wood fired sourdough bread, and the deconstructed chocolate cake are all highlighted. The drink menu is excellent, with creative cocktails like the amazing smoked peach old fashioned and awesome house sangria.
The vibe is so good, with a fun bistro feel, soft romantic lighting, and a clean, relaxed space. It is perfect for a day date or a night out. The patio is lovely, featuring excellent views of the boardwalk. Service is friendly and amazing. While most feedback is overwhelmingly positive, a note mentions that a advertised Wednesday burger special requires specifically asking for the discounted price. Flamant is a fabulous and special place for lovely bites and yummy cocktails.
