This location is less than a mile from my house. In the last month, we have waited 40 minutes, 1 hour & 10 minutes, and my order from today just arrived 1 hour & 14 minutes after ordering. Sandwiches were soggy. When I call to check I always get the same old excuse... we only have one driver and he is out with your order so you should have it soon..... When I have nicely complained about the slow service, I get no response. Most well-managed businesses would at least offer...read full review
I looove jimmy johns and was really counting on it for pick me up lunch. Yummy unwhich... But was let down when an hour after I'd received confirmation it had yet to leave the store. (I live maybe 8 min away) This after I called earlier and they told me it was on the way. Sitting out for so long, still 20 min to wait?!?! No way. Not freaky fast and super disappointed in customer service. �
