I used to app to order a chicken sandwich and to get it 50% off. I ordered the sandwich and it was ready within 5 mins. It was fresh and tasted amazing! The sandwich was huge as well, big enough to split. I will definitely come back to the KFC. It was remodeled and clean. I will continue to use the app too. It's very well designed and simple to use.

If you order “quick pick-up” with the app, they will not start your order until you arrive (they told me that), even if you already paid online, so it’s no quicker and in fact slower if you are already close by. I had to walk into the restaurant and ask why it would take 20 minutes when I could just go through the drive thru and get it in 5.

They gave me 1 sauce for 24 pieces of chicken and 2 large orders of fries.. the fries are way over salted and the rolls are definitely not fresh they are uneatable, I just banged a roll on the table and it sounded like a rock. Mac and cheese is really good. The chicken is good but is dry COULD HAVE USED SOME SAUCE!
