Waited at drive thru speaker, saying hello multiple times with no response, after 4 min more wait was told: just a minute, be right with you. Waited another 6 mins - nobody answering on speaker, drove up to window, Waited 5 minutes longer. Finally somebody said she'll be right with you. Waited 3 minutes later to order. Asked after telling her order asked if we could get sr. discount. Told no. We burned more fuel and time than it's worth! Have gone to this place a few weeks before this and had same issues with slightly shorter wait. I miss the KFC that had been @ Coit/Belt Line Rd yrs ago. Will look for other options!

Customer service is terrible. I stood on the inside for about 15 minutes without anyone greeting me or coming to take my order. When someone finally does it's the manager who is unpleasant. Their main focus was the drive thru, which they were handing out wrong orders in because a customer came in complaining about it while i was there, smh. Maybe KFC needs to turn this location into a Drive Thru only location but before doing that put better management in place if you want to have a successful restaurant or just shut this one down all together.

I had one of the worst experiences at this KFC/Taco Bell location. We waited almost 10 minutes just for someone to take our order, even though several employees saw us standing there. They didn’t acknowledge or respond when we called out, and it wasn’t just us — every customer who came in was ignored. Even DoorDash and other delivery drivers were waiting with no one helping them. The staff seemed completely uninterested in doing their job or serving anyone. Absolutely unacceptable service. I won’t be returning to this location again.

I tried to order the $20 6 pc meal deal in the drive thru but was told they no longer had that option available….ok fine so I ordered the 4 pc deal and added 2 more pieces of chicken. Got to the window for them to tell me we actually do have the 6 pc deal 🙄. They didn’t have any chicken ready so I was told to pull around to the front and wait. About 20 mins later while still waiting, I see the guy who took my order hand someone next to me there food who only waited less then 5 mins. Then he walked to my window and asked have I received my food yet and I said no. He went inside and came back just to tell me the other guy gave my food away and if I could wait another 10 mins for more chicken to be cooked 😡. I said yes I guess. I waited another 20 mins and I am pissed so I went inside only to see them standing around and unbothered when I said I been waiting over 40 mins outside. I asked for a refund. Then left with no food. This location needs to be shut down. The lack of customer service and professionalism is unacceptable. Corporate needs to take action now. Never will I return to KFC.

Had a really good experience at this location. Staff was very happy and attentive, even behind the counter, which you don't normally see. Food was really fresh and super good. Very clean, a guy even brought our order to us rather than put it on the counter.

Came in here on Sunday, November 2nd. First pulled into the drive-through and they said over the speaker to come inside so we did. When we got to the counter, they were not only out of fries, but every single worker acted like they did not want to be here and had horrible attitudes. Then we waited 15 minutes for the food to come out, which ended up being cold. My quesadilla was not even cut into slices. My partner‘s food was ice cold, not an exaggeration. It was the most unfresh Taco Bell taco I’ve ever had. Just go somewhere else this place is rediculous.

Took over 20minutes to get my order and then I got a young girl telling me do I want my food cold, nah I want my food fast cause it's fast food not a sit down dinner I would wait 20mins for that. Terrible leadership definitely need manager that cares about the job. Came back because it's close to home no respond from the drive thru wish I could rate it 1 star again.

We placed an online order at 9 AM to pick up at 12:15 PM. Once we arrived, we waited until 12:40 PM to for our order to be ready. When we arrived home, there were only 6 pieces of chicken in the 8 piece bucket, so we were shorted by 2 pieces. We’ve ordered from here before and never had a problem, but this was unacceptable. Very disappointing!
