We placed an online order at 9 AM to pick up at 12:15 PM. Once we arrived, we waited until 12:40 PM to for our order to be ready. When we arrived home, there were only 6 pieces of chicken in the 8 piece bucket, so we were shorted by 2 pieces. We’ve ordered from here before and never had a problem, but this was unacceptable. Very disappointing!

I've been here a couple times but this one was such a glaring customer service issue I felt the need to leave a review. It was storming when I came and the drive thru attendant, who I'm assuming was a manager, told me to wait at the (completely uncovered) drive thru speaker. When she got to taking my order the level of obvious annoyance in her voice really put me on edge. I felt like the roles were reversed and I was the worker dealing with an angry customer. I never expect fast food workers to be the most upbeat, chipper people. This was not the same as your standard drive thru worker apathy. Food's fine, basically what you come to expect from fadt food. I was just really put off by the openly hostile tone from the employee.

that boy henry got us right. chicken was fresh, mac was fresh, fries were fresh. Didn't wait at all and everything was piping hot. Excellent customer service as well, will most def be back soon.

Henry and his crew are very friendly and professional the dining room is clean. The food was fresh and hot. This is the best KFC and Taco Bell I have ever been to. When I order I ordered the k11 instead of the K1. Henry fixed the order for me without being irritated or getting angry as I have experience before it other places. Please keep more employees such as Henry and his crew everyone in the whole building all four employees were really friendly and they were cleaning the lobby area which is also important to me since I was dining in. Thank you Henry keep up the great work

They never have most of the food on the menu or they just don’t want to make it. They constantly say “oh we can’t make that” or our “grill isn’t working”. Sometimes they are just closed down for no reason during business hours. Sometimes they say “we don’t have any Taco Bell” items. I don’t understand why they are open.

It’s CRAZYYYYYY to see that for over 6 months the reviews about the service is here is consistent and yet nothing changes in the store with staff. HELLLOO UPPER MANAGEMENT - cry for assistance here. It’s not all “angry/hangry/upset they didn’t get what they wanted” people. All the reviews are true.
