It’s CRAZYYYYYY to see that for over 6 months the reviews about the service is here is consistent and yet nothing changes in the store with staff. HELLLOO UPPER MANAGEMENT - cry for assistance here. It’s not all “angry/hangry/upset they didn’t get what they wanted” people. All the reviews are true.

Inedible dried up chicken fingers that had clearly been under the heat lamp for hours. I cannot believe they served this through the drive-thru...Management obviously has no standards of food quality. Horrible. Awful. Colonel Sanders is rolling over in his grave. NEVER go to this location!!!!!

The employees had have an attitude and were rude,they made me wait 15 minutes just for a chicken quesadilla and there wasn’t even any other customers .and I saw one of the employees using his phone with the same gloves he was making food with .also restrooms and very much dirty .WORST EMPLOYEES EVER.

Poor service service, also long wait just for a 4 PC combo meal and couldn't get a receipt due to not printing, several customers were upset and canceling their orders, this KFC always has bad service. I won't be coming back.

They kind of just do the bare minimum. It's hard to explain but they just stared at me the last time I came and I felt like I needed to be the one to approach them first even though multiple people came to the counter and stared at me then walked away. The manager also said no lids for the drinks and that I should have known, but how could I have known that from a first time visit that was also an online pickup?

I love the KFC pot pies... I don't believe any other chicken place makes them. But the service here is just awful. They'll take your money, then make you pull over and "wait." More than once my favorite fountain drink "wasn't working", or my food selection "wasn't available right now". Desperately needs new mgmt.
