This is arguably one of the best (if not the best) authentic Korean restaurants in the DFW area. I love their soups, their broth is just something different, and their bulgogi is absolutely delicious. If you want to experience true Korean delicacies, come to Kooksoo. You will certainly be satisfied and be able to walk out happy.
I went to Kooksoo with a large group of 8. They were able to accommodate our party with maybe just a 20-minute wait. Everything tasted so delicious. My favorite item was the veggie tempura. It was fried perfectly and delicately. I could eat it all day! The Octopus Seafood soup was also really good. It was so flavorful! I would love to come back soon!
As the weather got colder, I kept craving warm soup and noodles, so I went there.
All of the ingredients were fresh, and the hand-cut noodles and freshly made kimchi reminded me of the taste I had in Korea.
Everyone who ate together was satisfied.
I think I will be visiting Noodles often this winter?
