I had a terrible experience at Kung-fu and I avid customer since trying kung-fu tea in taiwan. Unfortunately, this kung-fu tea was not even busy and it took at least 10 minutes for someone to take our order. The lady seemed upset that we were ordering and she said they were closing at 10. Then The top of my drink wasn't sealed properly, and it spilled everywhere. When we asked if they could replace it, she laughed in my daughter's face while making themselves a drink. The customer service was beyond disappointing. Avoid this place at all costs. I will be switching to ShareTea. I hope Kung Fu tea can check on their franchises since it seems to be deteriorating!

First time getting drinks from this location. We didn’t know what to get and went for the Coffee Milk Tea and Taro Milk Tea. Taro is great for people who love sweets! Definitely recommend.

This service here is ridiculous. I walked in with my family for some teas and had simple questions about the different types of teas. The attitude in the responses i received made me walk out. There was no reason for it. I'm simply a customer looking to spend some money and have some basic questions about the teas. The eye rolling and sarcastic response from your female employee was humiliating. I will never step foot in here again. I ended up just leaving without ordering anything due to her attitude. Please know that there were no customers in the building and the 2 employees were sitting down when I walked in. It makes sense to me now as to why it was empty. You may want to close this franchise location down. I'm sorry to have bothered your employees with my questions. It won't happened again...trust me. I ended up going to Meet Fresh alone y door and hit the teas for my family.

I always come here and get the taro slush woth Boba ,this time it was too overpowering sweet too much powder and they did not blend it right could not even drink it.

I had a disappointing visit, and unfortunately, this isn't the first occurrence. Yesterday, a black lady was quite disrespectful. I would recommend that the manager ensure staff members are trained to handle customers more effectively. A few weeks ago, I faced a similar issue with a white lady when I wanted my drink prepared differently. Despite trying to communicate, she purposefully ignored me, and later stated that she knew what she was doing. YOU AREN’t GIVING US DRINK FOR FREE, WE ARE PAYING FOR IT. SHOW SOME BLOODY RESPECT. NOT VISITING THIS STORE EVER AGAIN.

Extremely bad service from the black and Hispanic girls. I ordered a drink that came with no sugar and wasn’t sweet at all. There was no sign next to the drink that said it was unsweet. The cashier didn’t say anything either. Once I got the drink and tried it, I went up to say there was no sugar and they say it’s the only drink on their menu without sugar and I should have known. They didn’t want to replace my drink, until after 5 minutes of arguing with them. Extremely poor service and it’s enough to lose my business after coming to this place since it’s been open. Maybe hire more competent employees.
It's just good Boba tea. Not much else to say honestly. There are better places but this place has various locations and pretty consistent so if you just want something to go and want to know what you'll get then you can't go wrong

So Kung Fu Tea had a long line today. Wow they were busy. But the line cleared out fast. Why? They said they took a large phone order and were not taking any orders in the store. What?! A phone order trumps a long line of in-person customers.I hope the big phone order was for someone at Medical City Plano. We won’t be back. Vivi’s at Custer and 15th has a line too, but worth the wait since their tea and service are better anyway.
