Worst run operation I've ever seen! The website is down for 2 days and you cannot schedule bowling any other way. It was reported and their IT department supposed to work on it. This is before XMAS when trying to schedule family events. The people running the place have no business in their positions. It's like seeing dead people.
I would look elsewhere before planning a party. There are amazing options within a 10 mile radius that supply better customer service and more value for your money. I booked my sons party here based on his request and was met with terrible customer service throughout my party. There were minor hiccups throughout the party with the food ordering and organization of the party structure.
