My recent visit to Main Event Plano was disappointing due to significant issues with customer service and communication. I have attempted multiple times to get in contact with someone via the website "Contact us" section but it's been over a month now. Upon arriving at Main Event Plano and being led to our table, we encountered an immediate problem. The waiter, Stacy, informed the hostess that she was not taking any more tables, leaving us feeling unwelcome. Despite my understanding of the challenges that waitstaff face, I found this interaction to be unprofessional and rude. The seating arrangements provided were inadequate for our party size of six. We were seated in a booth meant for 2-4 people, forcing us to occupy two booths. Although the hostess mentioned speaking to the manager about relocating us to a more suitable area, we waited for an extended period without any follow-up or resolution. The lack of communication continued throughout our visit. It was only after waiting for 10-15 minutes that the same host approached us to take our drink orders. Subsequently, we waited an additional 10+ minutes until the same waiter who denied us initially informed us that we needed to order at the bar, a fact that was not communicated to us upon being seated. The challenges persisted as we attempted to place orders. Despite our repeated attempts to order a particular item, it was never included on our tab. The waiter who had initially denied us, despite starting to take tables, did not approach us to offer service, especially since they had directed us to the bar just minutes before. When we sought assistance from passing staff members to address the oversight, we were met with delays and a lack of follow-through. I personally had to visit the bar three times to place orders due to the persistent lack of service at our table, taking time away from the time we purchased to be bowling.

Got an 11am special deal for all access pass to everything besides games. I do feel like a location without ropes course should be a bit less than others that have it but we still had a blast between shooting pool/ shuffleboard, laser tag and bowling.We were there thru late morning and afternoon... It would've been a slow roll except a HS group was there so laser tag was hopping! The great thing is the wristband gives you all DAY access so you can come back after school or evening too, to play again!!Food and drink service was a bit slow at times, before say 2, but they were dealing with about 50 teens and their adult chaperones. The food was good for the price and def preferred to say rat casino or pizza games parlor ;) one entree meal plus salad was TOTALLY enough for my partner and I to share PLUS we happened to be there on 'kids eat free' Tuesday. So we had enough for an entire family!EVERY employee or manager were very courteous and helpful. They were even willing to engage with my most curious kiddo (with all the questions) and gave us a couple games of air hockey. We'll def be back and maybe even consider a birthday party since we live in the neighborhood! Didn't have a good experience probably won't be coming back, wasted money on game that was supposed to be working that didn't work. The play time on games was not very long, Had nachos they were very nasty and highly processed hamburger meat it was a complete waste of money on top of having nasty bathrooms.. as a matter of fact I won't be coming back, wasn't worth my time or my money. This was my first time and definitely my last.

We Went To Celebrate My Friend's Birthday And The Service Was Bad All Around Never Been There And Deal With Service Like That.The Food Was Brought Out Before We Even Got Drinks I Ordered A Ceaser Salad Which Has No Mushrooms They Gave Me A Salad With Mushrooms I Am Allergic To Mushrooms Sent It Back And Took Another 30 minutes Just To ReMake It. My Friend's Husband's Wings Had Hairs In Sent His Food Back As Well And Took Another 30 minutes And Half The Orders Where Missing Kept Getting Told It Was Coming.I Asked 2 Other Servers For Our Drinks And They Said It's Not My Area Or I'm Not Your Server But Where Just Standing Around Our Tables. I Finally Got Fed Up And Asked For A Manager And She Took Awhile To Get To Our Table. When She Did Arrive I Told Her About Our Drinks And Servers She Brought Our Drinks But Gave Everyone Coke No Matter What Drink We Had Ordered All They Brought Was Coke. After Everyone Was Done They Finally Brought Out The 3 Orders Of Chicken Strips That Where Missing.

Very bad service, I decided to celebrate my birthday with my friends and they took a long time to serve us. They brought us the food at different times than all of us and they never brought us the drinks until we finished our meal ? and to finish my meal I had hair ??? be careful with What they order for the prices they manage, the service is terrible ?
The NCAA basketball tournament is currently going on. Despite this, and all of the NUMEROUS TVs that they have, only one had an NCAA game on. The rest had college wrestling (really???), and pro basketball. Also, what was showing on one TV kept changing every few mins.I played a couple of games of billiards with problems as follows:1. We signed up for it to be told that there was a 30 min wait. There were 2 tables open, and nobody used them while we were waiting.2. I noticed that several of the balls had chips on them.3. I noticed places where the edges of the felt were torn loose from the table.4. There was only one cube of chalk for all the tables.
