Fun place for friends and family!
My family and I have been here many times, and we always have a great time. Starting with the staff at the front desk all the way to the staff in the games area. The managers are always on point, whenever we’ve had any slight problems, they fixed it immediately. We love this place, and plan to come back this weekend!

Main Event Plano offers an enjoyable experience with excellent customer service. The Ranch Rub wings are described as hot and fresh, while the food in general is praised as great, including pizza with huge pepperoni, chips and queso, and Mexican food like veggie quesadillas and nachos. The establishment is kid-friendly, with activities like bowling, laser tag, basketball games, unlimited mini escape rooms, and VR games that guests find entertaining. Recent visits highlighted some issues, such as bowling lanes where pins would fall before bowling, but overall, guests still found the experience fun and had a blast. The venue is also popular for group events, with attentive staff and a lively atmosphere that makes it suitable for team building and celebrations. Friendly bartenders serve great drinks, and the staff, including event coordinators, go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable time. There is something for everyone to play and have fun.
