Still a nice bistro. Good food, good service!

Food had no flavor, and service was downright terrible. I did not feel welcomed. And waiter was arguing with customers. They also kept mumbling so you couldn’t understand what they were saying, and then got upset? Speak up if you want people to understand! Especially for those hard of hearing! Ali and the european? gentleman had no manners. Ali even went to the kitchen with my card while I was waiting for it to be returned and when his boss said where are you going he started yelling at his boss about a sauce that could have waited. They were also very loudly talking about customers. Do not waste your money please.

I do not know how this place is still open. The cinnamon roll I ordered was stiff as if it had been sitting out for days. The bottom was stuck to the baking paper that wrapped it and tore when I attempted to free the role from its papery prison. The flavor was unmemorable. I took one bite and could not stomach another. The location is fine, somewhere to take nice photos of what on paper looks like a charming, well-meaning cafe. Unfortunately it fails where it matters most - the food.Parking: Parking on the end of the complex, not directly next to restaurant.

We have been coming here for years and it will forever be our fave spot! The food is always good - get anything and it's yum! The people who work here are nothing short of amazing. They make you feel like family when you walk in and ALWAYS remember you! The mimosas are strong and yummy! I bring all my friends and family here. I recommend highly! GO!

We went today after church and noticed that only a couple people were in the restaurant at 1:00 pm. Now we know why! Ordered the lunch Quiche Lorraine that comes with a salad. After confirming it was the lunch portion I wanted, the quiche came with fruit. I decided just to keep it and not say anything. The food was awful....quiche was overcooked and tasted rubbery and the fruit was frozen! The server never came back once to check on things. Definitely not worth a $17.32 bill!!!! I do not recommend this restaurant, and we will not return. Too many other great places to eat with fantastic service!

I went here for lunch and the overall experience was not good. Our waiter didn’t come over to take drink orders for a while and then when he did come, he only said “what do you guys want to drink?” He didn’t even introduce himself. Then he brought our drinks and took our orders. Both of our orders were what we ordered, but they were missing things that the menu said it came with. Food wasn’t good, very bland with no flavor, beignets were super over cooked. All the while, our waiter never showed up again. Only had someone else come and take our plates away. We had to constantly ask someone else for things because our waiter was nowhere to be found. We made a decision, a controversial one, to not tip since our experience with wait staff was poor. Right before we got up from our table, this other waiter comes back and asks what the number on the receipt says because it only showed the total and no tip. So we tell him we won’t be tipping today. He then picks an argument that we have to tip and saying he’s gonna add a %20 tip to it. And we told him no and that we were not tipping. He finally walked away and we left. If they add a tip, we’ll dispute the charge. I’m sorry, but no tip for bad service. It wasn’t busy at all, 2:30pm on a Sunday, so there was no reason for this.

Ordered Quiche Lorraine and two croissants to go. The quiche was decent but the croissants were the worst I've ever had. They were rock hard, to the point where I had trouble cutting them. And the chocolate croissant had barely any chocolate at all. Overpriced for what we had. Main Street used to be pretty good. Definitely a disappointment now though.UPDATE: We got sick off the Quiche Lorraine. So, even that wasn't good.

We went in for a pastry & coffee. One middle aged gentleman was very nice & had great customer service skills but we didn’t get his name. We would go back just to see him and to get more pastries. Chocolate almond croissant, fruit tart & a sticky bun were near perfection!

My husband and I come as often as we can. We live in Rowlett and love to enjoy breakfast here. The service is great, the food (and vast options) are perfect and the atmosphere is so cute and French. We also always bring home some goodies from the bakery!

This place was really disappointing. The signage reads, "Artisan Breads," and frankly, I have had better bread from any supermarket. The onion soup was sad. The cheese was barely melted. We had the rueben sandwich, club sandwich, and pattie melt. All were under par for the price. $17 for the reuben, which was 2 slices of corned beef topped with sweet coleslaw instead of sauerkraut which made the sandwich cold and soggy. The pattie on the melt was performed from low quality meat. The place needs to increase the quality of their products if they are going to continue to charge "Artisan" prices.

Come here often. The menu has changed a bit. Still a SOLID 5 on brunch. Lunch and dinner not so much. We had Omelettes , the Parisienne bfast and biscuits and gravy. The biscuits could have been a bit softer and warmer but other than that, good job. They really need to try and keep the restrooms a bit cleaner . The Segafredo cappuccino is a MUST.

Today's experience was not as good as other times. Arrived for lunch with co-workers around 11:30. I suggested the place based on previous visits. There were not many customers and our order took some time to get our table. Not sure if they were understaffed today. The food was good the service not as good as usual.
