Exceptionally professional and friendly staff Properly greeted and see the towards the window seat not surrounded about children is always a plus. The appearance and taste of the food was perfect as always greeted by the chef, and our host was very engaging!

The Mariposa Room is such a treat So very tranquil with the most delicious food and service It is truly a day to remember

Excellent Server and ambiance. My Caesar salad was good but over priced for what I received. Not much chicken for the additional $8.00.

Overpriced & not worth the $. Service, though nice, was incredibly slow & basically non existent. Multiple tables waiting to be addressed, orders taken or waiting for the check. For a 25.00 basic club sandwich...I will go elsewhere.

Always the best. My favorite shopping lunch spot. Chicken broth and popovers make it special.

Love eating at the Mariposa, will be so sad to see it leave in 2027. I ordered the chicken tortilla soup, and the tuna sandwich. The sandwich was delicious and full of tuna. My husband had the burger, which he said was delicious. We both ordered the Grapefruit in a Glass, which, was good. Brian, our server and bartender, did an excellent job and was very efficient. Will definitely go back.

The food is always delicious. We dine here often and the food is always perfect. The service is absolutely outstanding! If you want an excellent experience with the best server in the world ask for JJ. He has personality plus, is very attentive, and always goes above and beyond to insure you have a wonderful experience.

We had the best experience at lunch today thanks to our incredible waiter, Jeff! Even though the restaurant was clearly very busy, Jeff never made us feel rushed or overlooked. In fact, he made us feel unbelievably special from start to finish.

We love the people, ambience, food, and service at Mariposa. It is our favorite restaurant.

Love going to Mariposa for special occasions or just a nice lunch.. however disappointed in the lack of dessert selection. Only had Italian white cake, butter cake & chocolate chip cookie.. both cakes had no flavor. Not the Neiman Marcus Mariposa standard.

The hostess was prompt & friendly. I sat waiting to be greeted about 9 min until i chose to say “im ready.” Service was meh, meh!!!! I had to ask another staff for ketchup and a refill of my iced tea. I chose the burger and for $22? My burger was small but delicious and fries was a toddler portion. Totally enjoyed the broth and popover bread.

This is a great place to eat. Very clean and quiet and peaceful for sure!!! I recommend this restaurant to anyone. The roasted salmon is a winner. My husband loved the blackened shrimp pasta. ENJOY!!!!!!

Positives: tuna melt, fries, and iced tea were delicious and service (Brian) was flawless! Areas for growth: consommé was served in cup with lipstick stains; popover was not fully cooked inside; and hostess's perfume was far too strong and unpleasant. Positives outweighed the concerns and I will be back.
