Stop in for a sweet tea, no ice and a sausage mcmuffin, no cheese, no egg. The woman at the window pours out a soda, puts ice in the cup, puts in tea...I told her it was a sweet tea, NO ice. She gets a clean cup, uses the lid, AND her hand, to hold the ice back, as she pours the tea into the clean cup. I told her I'd like a fresh tea, NO ice. She asks why....REALLY??!! BECAUSE IT TOUCHED YOUR HAND!! I told her I was sorry she was having a bad day. Rant over..🙄😒

Really? It was a simple order and this is what I walked away with. And I had to pay almost $5 for this. Ugh. Please do better. I ended up throwing it away.
