I had to wait 25 minutes to pick up the Uber eats order. I tried to call the staff three times to check for my order, but they simply ignored. If the management is reading this review then please discipline your staff.

After being told to pull into number 2 at the curbside with a car directly in front of me, they then send a women with a black shirt to the window. Emily rudely said again to pull up to 2. So we not only have to back up and make sure we dont hit the car behind us, but also not hit the car in directly in front of us. As Emily is closing the window she decided to say something very rude under her breath, which of course im going to ask her what she said. She said nothing with the look of 'oh I've been caught on my face'. Ive had my fair share of absolute crap experiences. But this one tops the cake. I work in the service industry. To literally see this type of disrespect is ridiculous.

Ordered breakfast on the app at 10:23 the morning after a dental procedure. Couldn’t eat hot food. Got there at 10:40. Would have been great if it was 17 minutes cold. They hadn’t made it and refused to because breakfast was over. A woman CLAIMING TO BE A DIRECTOR lied to my face and assured me the charge would be cancelled and I’d get my “app reward” from Monopoly back. Neither happened. They still charged me for the food they refused to make me.

There's plenty of McDonald's around this area, but this one has the highest reviews for a reason. Your food is made to order and hot. The chicken nuggets and fries were exceptionally scorching hot. I love it. The restaurant is also clean.

I ordered 2 large meals, not only did I get medium fries, I asked for diet coke they gave me a large coke. When I asked for my diet coke replacement they gave me a medium diet coke. Unreal.

This McDonald's location really goes above and beyond for a fast food spot. The staff are always friendly, efficient, and genuinely seem to care about getting your order right. Even during rush times, they keep the line moving, and I've never had an issue with my food being cold or wrong--a rarity in fast food!
The ambience is clean, bright, and surprisingly inviting. Seating is spacious, and they even have a working ketchup dispenser--which is a super rare find these days! It's those little things that make the difference. Plus, the open fountain drink station lets you mix and match your drinks, which I love. For consistently good service and fresh food, this McDonald's deserves a solid five stars!
It's McDonald's so not five star anything. However, this store has always been clean and quick. Appears to be well managed and the staff have always been friendly. Never had a problem here.

I used to think this was the best McDonalds in the area. But for some reason lately every single time I come to the drive thru I have to pull up and wait and about half of those times my order is incorrect. When I do pickup the orders seem to be wrong or missing items about 2/3rds of the time. So I guess giving them a few extra minutes to verify the order is correct (even though it still has a 50 50 chance to be wrong) does result in a statistical increase in overall correctness. Always bring someone with you so they can help to check your order before you leave. Maybe call them a Ronnie Buddy. So, I guess this location is really doing it's part to drive people to connect better and spend more time together. So, 4/5 stars for relationship building. Edit 6/24/25. Pulled up to drive through and they took the four cars' orders that pulled up after me in the other lane. Never again. Done with this place and I usually come here multiple times a week. And on top of that BS I had to pull ahead AGAIN for my order. No more. Ok I lied, I came back a couple weeks later....typing this while waiting AGAIN for my food.
