Mid Afternoon coffee and a strawberry hand pie through the drive thru. Delicious. Had to wait briefly for my coffee which was equally delicious. Why do people pay $5 for a coffee at those other places?

I put in an order in their app. Went to the location, put in my parking spot and waited ten minutes. Finally decided to check on the order by going inside. Door was locked with a sign saying they were closed. They apparently forgot to shut off the mobile app.
The franchise did call me and is refunding my order. So, they do fix their errors.

Their prices are higher than other McDonalds like way to much. Even more expensive than Uber eats.
Only go there when I need to jump on wi fi for directions as phone would.act up.

Could use more staff at the counter so there’s not such a long line of people waiting to order or pickup food. Basically only option to order was drive through, but we wanted to dine-in so we had to order on the kiosk. We got a number and sat down, but no one brought us our food. We had to keep checking as no one called out numbers when the orders were ready. I understand saving on labor but come on. McDonald’s service is slipping all around.
